How Do You Separate Fact From Faulty Analysis From Outright Fiction In Conspiracy Theories?

Truthblast

Recommended Posts

Conspiracy theories are being produced and published in greater quantity and to greater audiences than ever before.

Sometimes the exact same world event will be pinned, variously, on the Freemasons, the Jesuits, the Sabbateans, the Illuminati, various Skull and Bones type secret societies, the Vatican, the Jewish lobby, the UN, fraudulent NGOs, Corporate Frontmen, Silicon Valley, the Banking Families, the Luciferians, the Communist states, Demons from another realm, the Extraterrestrials, various governments and government agencies, the Mafia and so on and so forth, by different authors and differrent theorists.

How do you go about separating fact from faulty analysis from outright fiction (e.g. UFO lore made up because it makes money)?

How do you go about evaluating what is factually correct or plausible, and what is junk?

I just look up the backgrounds of people pushing certain narratives to see if there is a pattern, and then I look at what motivates them to see if they have a dog in the fight.

Sounds reasonable.

The biggest problem of course is that mysteries are being evaluated without ever having access to truly complete sets facts.

The facts are hidden for the most part.

I usually go from the basis that I am being duped and work backwards.

I try not to make a firm decision about anything at first and then once I feel the facts are in on any given situation - I compartmentalize that part so to speak, inside my mind. That way I can refer to it later. Then move on to the next narrative that presents and see if it jives with my previous determination. Until the proverbial ducks start lining up in the same compartment I stay neutral and just observe, taking note of any new 'things' that present or disappear.

Probably sounds a bit like a puzzle but that is what I have to live with inside my mind... haha

Simply put...I keep judgement on a swan till I see its cygnets lined up. Any ducks or geese dont belong in the equation. Please tell me someone gets my train of thought... lol.

Lots of different names for what is ultimately the same group of people.

True. It's hard to deny the semitic influence on many things, but I'm still open minded, and I feel like your everyday Jewish person gets used too. I mean in the sense that elites use regular Jewish people as a shield against criticism.

We can be brainwashed into thinking that they're all against us, and they get brainwashed from a young age to think gentiles are out to get them too. It's a dangerous powder keg. I just want them to know I don't hate them.

These old tribal problems won't end until humanity accepts the fact that we all bleed and suffer, and that we all have emotions.

I think I have a similar thought process to you @Beaujangles.

When first coming across alternative channels several years back, I was very wide open. But I have certainly become more discerning as I have (hopefully) become more seasoned.

Nowadays I start out from a standpoint of scepticism - not just of mainstream reports, but of any so-called news circulating within the alt media too. I avoid jumping on any bandwagons and take any "bombshell" reports and other clickbait with caution. I try and then undertake a fact check whilst using my "introverted intuition" to also feel if something checks out. It is a balancing act between the left and right brain, thinking and feeling and intuition and facts.

A balanced approach, I think, is to learn to hold an idea in one's mind without accepting it. From there, you can explore the concept without being committed and engaging any ego investment. An acceptance of not being infallible is needed. In some ways it seems that the more you learn, the more you realise you have to learn and how little you really know.

Nobody will ever get everything right - we need to also make mistakes along the way and realise when we have been wrong in order to hone, more keenly, our ability to research and discern.

Such a great question. I'm relatively new to this (Sept 2019 major smack in the face wake up having read human race get off your knees). I am learning VERY fast now. When qanon started it very quickly escalated into something almost believable. I started to get carried along , for a very very short time.  It's taught me to be very sceptical of everything and to triple check. And to look at the long term plan of humanity under total control as my benchmark.

Btw I'm very open in sharing my failings deliberately because there's a lot of people like me, new to this, knowing there's a conspiracy, but then being absolutely baffled with all the conspiracies,  it's like a whole new riddle. Flat earth,  qanon, covid or not covid, climate change ...Or not . My main criteria is now does this help me understand the plan to control and imprison humanity or does this distract me down a side street.

I appreciate you getting back. Lets clear those up, FE (not as far as I can tell), q (very probably true), covid is bollocks and mostly caused by masks, hysteria, placebo effect, lowered immune systems from masks, anxiety, panic/fear and depression and of course fear causes people to being able to think critically. As for climate change, its changing without a doubt but the reasons arent necessarily why and they play heavily in to Government agenda to steer how the masses live and think.

Most of what people understand about Q comes from mainstream news and deliberately created misinformation *watch the water* cough.

I am not saying put your eggs or any eggs in Qs basket, I am saying keep an eye on the posts and how things develope (the worst that happens is you waste a small amount of time), just keep being active outside of that.

all those things essentially tie together into a network of secret societies

if you are new to this information and you want to get to know the lay of the land so that you can see how all the bits of the puzzle fit together then imo your best approach would be to listen to james corbett's 'corbett report'. You can go back over all of his podcasts which are all meticulously researched and which also get contributions from listeners.

The headlines section of this website is a fantastic resource and that information has been hand picked by the ickes so its gone through the filter of their experience and insight

The Uk Column tends to deal with what you can see for example government documentation which keeps it very grounded.

So i think if you use those three sources as your foundation to keep your feet on the ground then it becomes safer then to explore into other areas because you can always reference it back to your foundation sources

Those three sources all have a great track record and will keep you on the straight and narrow as you go about exploring other things

This article from Global Research provides some food for thought on this topic.

Reality vs. Illusion. People have been Robbed of their Ability to “Decipher between Fact and Fiction”

It begins by saying:

CIA Director, William Casey is reputed to have said to Ronald Reagan ‘We’ll know our disinformation is complete when everything the American public believes is false.’

Fast forward thirty years, and there’s no piece of fiction the masses will not swallow.

From Woke to COVID to the war in Ukraine, people no longer make their own ideological pilgrimages to the truth – the truth is served oven-ready by their political betters.

Nowadays, there’s little distinction between the two hemispheres: reality and illusion. It’s not so much that people have been robbed of their ability to decipher between these two, it’s that facts have been reoriented into fiction and fiction into facts.  It’s a degradation of epistemology so momentous, that people don’t even know that they don’t know that they don’t know what’s happening, to quote one former anarchist.
