Before I had corona I actually said many times ''It must just be like a flu'', ''only old and vulnerable people can get sick''. And of course, the IFR is pretty low. What I was actually doing was pretending it wasn't much of an issue, I took myself (young, no co-morbidities) as the standard and thought it couldn't make me sick, scoffed off anyone or thing saying otherwise. But we can't know beforehand how we react to a virus we have no antibodies against. We just can't. IFR alone doesn't say anything about the many people having long term symptoms.

I realize this has happened for two years now, sadly, and nobody has been helped with denial. In 2020 they dismiss all real issues caused by the virus (and yes, there have been issues with defining a covid death!) and since half 2021 it's all been put on the jabs. Just a reminder; I don't doubt the jabs can cause issues. If the spike protein is causing so many issues than it stands to reason that the virus is an issue also. It means there is no perfect ''solution'', people can develop a serious problem through the jabs or through the virus, at the same time many also won't get a serious health problem. It is Russian Roulette either way. So many unknowns (old folks with a runny nose and young folks with long covid, people with serious problems after the jab: all possible). I went the 'natural' way and got antibodies.

People report this after a corona infection, so I've little doubt about it. It also makes sense to me as a natural reaction of the body to a new virus. Takes time to recover. I reckon people get the same if they catch something in the jungle, such as dengue fever. It's new to the body and recovery is likely to take longer than the seasonal flu.
