yes that's how countries in the '5 eyes' intelligence agreement get around their own countries prohibitions on spying on their own citizenry. They simply get one of their 5 eye partners to do the spying and then they pass on that intelligence to the home nation....bit of a workaround

It's a shame how things have degenrated with the media. There used to be plenty of real journlism and serious content. I remember growing up there was far more high quality content around in general. Okay there was shit too, but nothing like today. Now it's just a freak show wall to wall.

The rise of the reality tv shows seemed to herald the end of occcasionally credible tv programs. As with most things in life, it seems to have started changing around 2000, but after 2001 and the false flag, the quality escalated down the shitter, and now we are left with little but reality shows and celebrity heavy talent shows.
