Tricky area. If memory serves, if an occupier has exclusive possession of a room and the landlord does not have the right to enter at any time, then it's a tenancy. Anyone taking in a lodger, better have a well-drafted agreement beforehand.

But this is something all these 'virtue-signallers' won't have thought about.

The scheme has been painted simply as 'give up a spare room for a refugee and we'll pay you'.

Now this is all very well if you own a four or five bedroom property, and you have a couple of rooms spare, because the kids have grown up and flown the nest.

But if you are already a tenant yourself, lets say you live by yourself, but you rent a two-bed property, could you not fall foul of 'sub-letting' rules?

Sure, if your rental agreement forbids it or the landlord's permission is required.

Goody two shoes will all join rishy Sunak in an overcrowded kia and go.

I don't think that kia was actually his car. I think he borrowed it from someone at the garage for the photo shoot. I'm pretty sure i read that in the newspaper

This is hilarious, they are actually pulling this off. Where is the anger, the rage, the fucking testicles of people, they are sitting back and watching this happen, all whilst changing their FB photo to a flag. They are fucked.

That's why they're called sheep. The follow along exuding a level of incomprehension that makes you wonder how the human race has managed to survive all these years. The best and brightest were butchered on the Western Front between 1914-1918. The next generation went the same way between 1939 and 1945. We were left with the survivors and a much-weakened nation and we were sold the lie that we must welcome the world to our shores to survive. You know the rest. Here we are in 2020 and we have laws in place that can put a man in prison for saying something bad about someone else. Makes you wonder what we might have been if those two bankers' wars had never happened and all those young men had been allowed to live. I think it's a fair bet to say that the moral fabric of our society would be much different and men like Boris Johnson, William Hague, and David Cameron would have found their place in the pecking order not in government but perhaps as road sweepers or bus conductors.

Or the insurer or mortgage  forbid it and refuse cover.

If it is exclusive access with no shared living space that is a tenancy. That's not a spare room

They are NOT paying you it's a gift

German for gift is poison.

You can take it or leave it prefer you leave it as it's very much a karmic gift.

If you are not insured for refugees . Have an accident or god forbid they injure themselves and you better hope your third party public liability insurance covers you.

pLI surely not take payment and it's a business and yep you do.

It's gone very quiet since though not even a reply.

Stick with a genuine spare room lodger

The agreement says you must keep them for 6mobths.

Right at the point where courts have to start evicting non paying tenants and mortgagee's.

Quick grab afurkaine and you won't be evicted. As they are now doing their bit for the NWO . Will the mortgage lender take it back and stall eviction.

They are so fucked  that the housing market has had to resort to desparation to keep the illegal none paying theiving shitheads in situ

Serve a section 35 mortgage repossession or aground rent breach and  let the crown deal with getting these squatting traitors and opportunistic thieves instead.

Funny the council can get involved for a crown repossession but can't get involved for the section 8or section21insread.

Now the ground rent and lease is also an issue coming up with the church or the crown that can take ot back for the land if they remember the 1066and doomsday magna Carta old laws.

Your granny will be evicted you as the victim won't how can that possible be a safe reason to take them in.

Poland Germany and the Russian bloc have different tenancy rules.

This is why the most were very coy about the rules to get rid as ours start in feudl ownership and lease freeholds.

150000 applicants 350pm 12 months is 420 million.

That's a massive hole in someone's budget or a great time to bury bad news.

All those top dogs now retiring from the met chiefs to all those seniors civil servants.

Must be at least 420m

150000 staff sacked from nhs for not having a jab.

150000 dormant charitycommission accounts with dividends paid out.

150000 bank accounts that David Cameron wanted to raid.

150000 moving 350a month over 4000 a year.

However you look at it that's 420m  per year.

Will they take in the same of polish when they sent them back at Brexit.

Or Romanians.

Or Moldovans.

Or Hungariansor god forbid Turks afghans and syrians

4million 350pet person per month

It boggles the mind

Oh, I wonder why...

Homes for Ukraine: Quarter of refugee sponsors do not want to carry on

Quote

A quarter of sponsors of Ukrainians as part of the Homes for Ukraine scheme do not want to continue the arrangement beyond six months, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) has found.

Launched in March, it has seen about 75,000 refugees arrive in the UK.

Sponsors agreed to provide accommodation in their own home for a minimum of six months.

But there are concerns at what will happen when those arrangements reach the end of that time.

The scheme was set up by the government to help those fleeing Russia's invasion of Ukraine, and worked alongside the Ukraine Family Scheme - which allowed refugees to join relatives already living in the UK.

An ONS survey of Homes for Ukraine hosts found 26% want to end their sponsorship after six months or less.

Six out of 10 sponsors said they were happy to accommodate their Ukrainian guests for more than the agreed minimum with almost a quarter saying they would be prepared to continue the arrangement for more than a year.

However, almost all sponsors said they had provided support and help to their guests that went beyond the official arrangement.

From: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-62493852

Hmm, maybe these people have cottoned on to the fact that they are having the piss taken out of them?

I wonder how many people would have 'volunteered' for this scheme without the 'dangled carrot' of the £350 a month.
