I have been using Photoshop since before Myspace. I can't remember the exact year that I started using it, just that I got my first paid clients in the Myspace era. I also have a fairly decent understanding of photography because I used to take stock photos for my photo manips too. It just looks like a shit shot to be honest. I remember doing mixtape design, and often I would get some musician just sending me a headshot and telling me to work with it. Often I would have to put their head on someone elses body and make sure that it's all blended well. This is a pretty common thing for clients on a budget, even with some of the biggest mixtape designers like Kid Eight and Skrilla etc. Not that it really matters to me if Russell and David were in a photo together, but just giving my 2 cents. Not that I do much these days though, I'm too depressed and living off savings and inheritance. I mainly just work on my own hobby game dev project now. Online research claims it was taken at the Groucho Club. Again the location doesn't fit with the style of the Groucho Club either, imo I believe to photo to be real, but I don't know the location. In 2013 David Icke appeared twice on the BrandX show and on one occassion Icke and Brand seem to be wearing the same clothes as depicted in the much talked about photo, so they could well have met up somewhere before the show or after. That's what I believe has happened.
