They call it the ‘Theatre of War’ for a reason and Kissinger is the Director, while the media is the Producer, who is very selective with their outrage.

The daily horror and bloodshed inflicted on Palestinians by Israel, for the last 70 years goes completely unnoticed…

Apparently Putin and Kissinger have been pretty chummy over the years.. why am i not too surprised.

I have heard better and more intensive bangs with New Year's fireworks.

I'm sure you have. If you actually record the sound of a military shell going off nearby it swamps the microphone with too much noise. Denying this is occurring because you think the sounds aren't right is not a good yardstick. I was actually thinking this through last night and wondered what it would take for people to believe this is happening - the only answer I could come up with was to get you on a plane and put you right in the middle of it.

So they say.

Not unlikely at all. That's a relatively low number compared to the past.

Maybe they will attack Ukraine. They don't care about people, and I don't mean the so-called leaders. The people don't care about other people. They all can say no.

Bells are going to ring in Austria for Ukraine. Where were the bells for Iraq?

Probably because  they are brown.

No champion league in St. Petersburg but we take the Gazprom money

Moving the goalposts. The posts made by you both referred to the blast pattern of a nuke hitting London, as was the follow up discussion. Incoming ICBMs with 500+ kilotons would flastten London and the pattern of the blast would be pretty much as quoted. The altitude of the explosion is much higher than the highest points around London.

Old hat? How is it not relevant now? - all super powers know that if they use their weapons on another they will be annihilated. Mutual and assured destruction - no stealth/surprise attack will work either.

Nonsense, blast patterns move that way. There isn't any need to use propaganda withy nuclear weapons - everyone knows that if one goes off, you're toast! Of course very high areas will channel the blast but since the original statements were around London, and since most major cities are reasonably similar - a predominantly concentric blast pattern would be expected.

You're basically saying the mountains stopped the blast, but since the target was THIS side of the mountains it was destroyed. Both bombs were tiny compared to modern nukes. Be specific and tell me what you think the purpose would be of any propaganda concerning the blast patterns of a nuclear weapon. Any legitimate target would be pulverised. The Soviets have 4,500 warheads and estimates of 2-300 would kill every person on mainland UK. Whether you were hiding on the other side of the mountain or not.

Why not dispense with the old nukes, now that they have the 'Rod's of God?"

All of the devastation, but with none of the radioactive fall-out.

There were no munitions going off nearby of any merit. The microphone was not being swamped. The reporters have swapped their $1 COVID face masks and face shields for helmets and flak jackets. 🤣

Back in March 2020, I was so scared of the news reports coming out of Italy of rows of coffins in churches, convoys of army lorries taking all the overflowing numbers of COVID victims for cremation and the scary hospital scenes, that I got in my car and drove to Italy and stayed there, in the north, for 3 months.  I found there was sweet FA.🤣

The cold war was a psyop of fear and division. There was no risk of a nuclear armageddon, it was all BS, including the parades of rockets and bunker building.  You can carry on and believe everything that comes out of the mouths of these liars and all the figures they spout.

Eye-candy. Nice subject for an awakened forum - let's propogate the sexualisation of women.

Terrible isn't it...a bloke commenting on how pretty a woman (who chooses to be on TV and in the media) happens to be. Nurse!

If you look at her online profile, she is clearly very comfortable with presenting herself in an attractive way. And I doubt her employers chose her purely for her journalistic abilities. It's how the system works.

One sure way for the human race to make itself extinct is to make sexual attraction between genders/sexes "a bad thing".

Russia kicked out of Eurovision Song Contest

Russia has been banned from entering the Eurovision Song Contest, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) said.

A statement from the body, which produces the competition, said the decision “reflects concern that, in light of the unprecedented crisis in Ukraine the inclusion of a Russian entry in this year’s Contest would bring the competition into disrepute”.🤣

The Ukrainian government has been killing it's own citizens in the East since 2015, I don't ever remember hearing anybody calling that out.

The same dopes who jumped on the covid bandwagon are jumping on this bandwagon. I saw it today "i am not religious, but i want to take this time to pray for everyone in ukraine". This vacuous virtue signalling and moronixc opinions that i am forced to have to hear. Idiots talking about complex issues they have no idea about.

So many of these 'pray for' hashtag crazes come and go. in a few weeks or a year, no one will even remember what they were.

Microphones seem just fine.

Not very close are they and still sounds no different to fireworks, which is my point. You aren't really going to capture the correct volume on a TV camera microphone. Maybe if you plugged it in to your stereo, turned it up to 180dB and added some bass frequencies you might be able to be scared shitless. Being there though I would suggest is scarier.

To me, it's a massive obvious difference between fireworks and the shelling (as per above), even just on youtube.

Not sure what others think.

Notice how many times the 'journalists' are using the phrase, "there are reports of" or "there are reports coming in" but nothing ever gets shown. Just vague, unverified 'footage' or distant background noise?

I call bullshit on almost everything seen so far.

I recall a 'journalist' a few hours ago saying something like, "this is the modern world; there a millions of cellphones in the hands of everyone. Putin can't hide anything. There are reports of massive gun battles all over the country. Blah blah."

But not a single shot of footage was shown.

Surely with all these millions of recording devices, there wouldn't be just the same vague repeated images being shown over and over again.

It's all getting ridiculous.

Appreciation is not the same as treating women like sex objects.

Are you the ignore obvious gender stereo-typing police?

That's a load of bull. That wasn't banter, that was bloke-talk leering at woman.

That is not even close to being a valid argument. In no way does society in general objectify men. I find nothing wrong with normal sexual flirtation, attraction and interactivity - that was none of the above. If it sounds like I am pissed about it, wrong. Just mildly disappointed that in a thread about soviet aggression we get perving over weather girls.

Sorry we didn't add the obligatory SJW trigger warnings to all our posts. 😄

Exactly. Russia takes over Chernobyl and all they show is a 90-second loop of blurry footage.
