Conflict in Ukraine - Russian Invasion

I haven't seen that much has been said yet in the Ukraine threads about the bombardment of fake images going around about the conflict. Maybe this is considered standard fare, but I feel as though this narrative in particular is getting hit hard with them which may be suggestive of a deeper agenda.

Curiously, the fact checkers have also been calling out mainstream sources for using fake and misleading images including Logically and Full Fact. Chief amongst these is the BBC's and The Times' use of a video which they claimed was of Russian jets flying over Kiev when, in fact, it was captured during a 2020 victory parade flyover taken in Moscow.

Kit Knightly has written a piece for Off Guardian covering 7 such fake news stories with some of the images coming from video games. As he so aptly puts it, there are fakes and there are "fakes of fakes designed to discredit doubters or just spread chaos".

And this example has been doing the rounds on Telegram and was unfortunately featured in Max Igan's latest video too... 'Bernie Gores' is in fact a YouTube gamer by the name of Jordie Jordan aka Wings of Redemption and the supposed CNN Twitter accounts used to post about his apparent demise in both Afghanistan and Ukraine are fake and now suspended.

The fact checkers are having an absolute field day with all the disinfo being planted and shared. Thankfully I don't see it happening on this forum, but Twitter and Telegram are awash with it.

As for the deeper agenda, even with mainstream sources implicated, it gives the excuse for an increased need for censorship of social media with the problem now being so severe that it is even infecting the mainstream. It could be framed in a way that the matter is so serious, given national security implications, that decisive action must be taken especially with the online safety bill looming.

Hi Velma,

This doesn't mean much. I have my doubts about Putin, well I doubt every single political and popular figure. I can't figure out if he is a part of the PTB or not, it makes sense that he is, but sometimes it seems that he is not.

This picture could be one of two things, either this is his "boss", or he is doing things by that saying: "keep your friends close, but keep your enemies closer".

Kind regards..

Thank you for your polite reply.

Putin is clearly part of the PTB by virtue of the fact that he has been put in power and playing his part according to Kissinger Associates' instructions. The thing about war is, it is extremely lucrative and makes a killing for weapon’s manufacturers. Therefore, it is essential to maintain a continuous impetus for warfare to boost sales.

In order to achieve that, the ‘elite’ have to foment manufactured conflicts between divided factions and then arm both sides, before selling it to the public as a ‘humanitarian’ or ‘just’ cause. The only winners are the bankers, never ordinary civilians, who are dispensable ‘useless eaters.’

The 20th century is testimony to that, although we have endured countless, needless wars in perpetuity…

Dear Velma,

It is with the greatest of pleasure that I address you my most esteemed comrade in the ongoing quest for what is just, right and proper.

I wish it to be known that I very much liked the content of your reply to the aforementioned member Xelnaga.
I have run out of likes so I thought it appropriate to inform you of this.

But, may I say, I enjoyed especially, your purposefully elegant requital and affable humour to member Xelnaga, in particular, the 'very polite letter style' of your reply.

Bye for now.

Yours sincerely

Mr SOATB

There is probably reflector behind... Here is an example.

Okay - not terribly relevant - perhaps if you had a snow event on a similar camera that would be more convincing. Looks like bullets and shells though and no other cameras have this 'snow'. It's also ever so slightly a side argument now, unless anybody is seriously suggesting that there is no fighting going on.

To add to my previous post above and to help illustrate further the extent of the disinfo going round, I have just seen this list of debunked fake news images courtesy of Gareth Icke's Telegram channel.

Quote

First: this image was passed off as a Russian attack in Ukraine. False: it is a 2021 attack on Gaza https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/24/fact-check-gaza-strip-not-ukraine-pictured-explosion-photo/6922317001/

Second. This video passed off as a Russian airstrike on Ukraine actually shows Russian planes over Moscow during a test flyover before a national holiday in 2020, unrelated to the recent invasion.

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/24/fact-check-video-shows-2020-moscow-flyover-not-ukraine-invasion/6922740001/

Third. This footage shows Ukrainian police dropping riot gear in Odessa, too bad it's from 2014 https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/24/fact-check-video-ukrainian-police-dropping-equipment-2014/6906796001/

Fourth. Earlier this week, thousands of social media users falsely claimed that this video showed the war between Russia and Ukraine, but it is a video of the video game "Weapon 3"

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/21/fact-check-arma-3-not-russia-ukraine-conflict-shown-viral-video/6879521001/

Fifth. This leaked video does not show a recent explosion in Ukraine. The clip was published on TikTok in January.

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/24/fact-check-viral-video-does-not-show-russian-invasion-ukraine/6923330001/

Sixth. This photo actually shows Ukrainians praying, but it has been running since 2019 AT LEAST https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/24/fact-check-praying-ukrainians-photo-least-two-years-old/6871441001/

Seventh. This photo does not show a Russian plane shot down by Ukraine. It was taken in August 2015 during an air show celebrating Russian National Flag Day.

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/24/fact-check-russian-air-show-not-ukraine-invasion-shown-photo/6926889001/

Eighth. This footage of a plane crash is unrelated to the invasion of Ukraine. The video shows a Libyan fighter jet shot down over Benghazi in 2011.

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/24/fact-check-benghazi-not-ukraine-pictured-video-downed-plane/6923966001/

Ninth. This video does not show an explosion in Ukraine. It shows one of a series of explosions that occurred in China in August 2015

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/24/fact-check-video-shows-2015-explosion-china-not-ukraine/6922882001/

Tenth. This image does not show a Russian plane on fire in Ukraine. It shows a pilot being ejected from a burning plane during a 1993 air show in Fairford, England.

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/25/fact-check-photo-russian-plane-flames-not-ukraine-invasion/6929314001/

Eleventh. This TikTok video has more than 1.5 million views on Facebook. But it doesn't show Russian soldiers parachuting into Ukraine: the clip was posted on Instagram in 2015.

https://eu.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2022/02/25/fact-check-tiktok-doesnt-show-russians-parachuting-into-ukraine/6937733001/

Apparently z is not in the Russian alphabet so what's with z on all those vans and tanks and trucks littered along the roads.

The polish for kapputt or broken is złamany so these transports are all kaputt broken dumped by the wayside probably  in the earlier 204 war in Crimea.

I don't want to see bodies everywhere but Al Jazeera would be doing banshees and ghouls and even Russian tv would not hold back. If they can show the real damage like in syriathen this is the same.

And mass migration of refugee's is exactly how they created a polish ghetto in the war and how Germany took over so quickly by destabising the next door neighbors.

You have wild imagination... Check the cameras now - there are even more 'bullets' in random directions... 😂 BTW you wouldn't see bullet shot on the camera...

the sabbateans must be salivating at this return to the good ol days of white christian europeans killing each other

Been watching the city cams in Kyiv and nothing happens. Yet the MSM has plenty of proven fakes, even the missile strikes that ain't proven as fakes has a random filming before it happens with no one looking worried or in a state of panic. I suppose multiple right place right time and oh just happened to be filming a building and then this happened. That tank rolling over the car made no sense and remarkably the bloke has minor injuries ie cut on his head.

BOC making too much sense as per usual

Feel bad for every day Ukrainians but still, this pantomime/theatrical display has way too many holes in the narrative for it to be told like they do on the MSM.

And to those funny fuckers who claim to wanna fight the Russians, shut your trap please for the love of yahweh 😂

These same people will quite happily shoot a Russian soldier yet the judaic power behind the throne lives on with more power than ever.

Where is this energy when it comes to fighting ZOG? Exactly…
