I have recently been very disappointed with Max Igan for a number of reasons. I might as well lay them all out.

 

He has on a number of occasions included blatant disinfo in his videos - from the Simpsons truckers / Trudeau video to Danny Shine's "vaccinated only" carriage which he presented as serious medical apartheid rather than for the satirical stunt it was. Also, whatever happened to that Australian guy Kyle Mitchell supposedly injured during a protest? The footage of Kyle Mitchell with his head injury looked so fake and staged to me, but Max Igan kept showing it over a few episodes as an act of brutality. We all make mistakes so, to me, these matters taken alone do not make him a bad actor. But, when taken in combination with other factors, some doubts do arise.

 

Max Igan also kept changing his story about his escape through the airport in Australia to Mexico. At first, he said he had not needed to comply with Covid restrictions at all - not even had he worn a mask. Then this changed to his wearing a lanyard. And, after that, the next version involved him wearing a lanyard AND a visor. But he still insisted that he had not complied. Hmmm...

 

His association with Jeff Berwick worries me too. On balance, I think Jeff Berwick did scam people over the passports and the land deal and, even if it wasn't his deliberate intention for people to lose out, the fact remains that lots of people did and he should take responsibility rather than play the victim and blame others. Yet Max Igan is his biggest apologist and offers so many excuses for him.

 

But the biggest red flag to me has come more recently when Max Igan was caught describing Jeff Berwick's "staff" as "servants". He caught himself afterwards and tried to cover his tracks by correcting the word to "staff". Also rumour has it that Jeff Berwick posted a video on his channel (now removed) showing Max Igan to be very rude and obnoxious to the "staff". I did not see this video so have given him the benefit of the doubt, but his more recent word slippage now makes me think there could be truth to the rumour. To use the word "servants" belies a mentality to me that is not aligned with freedom and which is what this community supposedly stands for.

 

Like Fluke, I have become very distrustful of late and tend to now be the party pooper when it comes to other people's hopeium. As I have said in another thread, it seems that, within the freedom community, people are being wheeled out one after another to be our "heroes" such as Dr Sam White, John O'Looney and the MEPs to name a few, and with the latest instalment perhaps being the Canadian truckers.

 

As for my nomination of shill, I have already done a lengthy piece on Anna De Buisseret who I don't trust. So, at the risk of making myself unpopular, this time I suggest Mark Sexton. He still maintains the untruth that there is a live criminal investigation of crime reference number (CRN) 6029679/21 whereas the Met Police have stated several times that they have not launched an investigation into the report made on 20th December. That is not to say that they won't in the future but, as things currently stand, there is no live investigation. On 21st January, Hammersmith and Fulham Police retweeted the Reuters fact check confirming that no investigation had been opened and which is surely an open endorsement, if there ever was one, of the fact check.

 

 

But rather than admit this, Mark Sexton has instead put out whingey posts on social media about how people are hounding him by querying the status of the allegations made. He then more recently put out a dodgy video where he hands more evidence in at Hammersmith and Fulham Police's front desk. During this footage he asks a series of leading questions after which he claims that the officer behind the desk had admitted an investigation was ongoing. But, unless I missed it, Sexton had actually only asked him if the CRN was live - not whether there was a live investigation - and, whilst doing so, looks really shifty in my view. I am convinced that he absolutely knows he is misleading people which is why I feel compelled to call him out - something I am not ordinarily in the habit of doing.

Good nomination in sexton, I got a dodgy vibe from him quite quickly, but I so understand people's false hopes, I am victim of this myself and people we look to need vetting. My moto is, if they're asking for money then they're dodgy as fuck, and especially when that becomes the main focus. 

 

If people are genuinely trying to inform people then imparting that knowledge shouldn't be coming with a constant price, especially with free platforms upon which to do it. We all know producing said information can be done on a shoe string, so a request for constant funding is a no no for me. 

 

I don't like Berwick either, got an instant vibe from him and didn't continue to follow anything that crook had to say. As for igan, never really followed him, I've watched some of his stuff but it has never been of good enough quality to invest anymore time on him. He's another crook and a complete degenerate scum bag. 

 

Yup, unfortunately the real truthers are being crowded out by these fisher price arseholes who are sowing mis and disinformation within the movement. This is why verifying as much of the information you come across as much as possible and using your discernment to consider the validity of said information, which is of the up most importance.  

 

However, I'm really suspicious of a lot of these people now and whilst it's hard to accept, this is the lengths our masters will go to deceive us. No one should be ashamed of being gutted a hero is now not who they thought they were.

 

I've suffered many disappointments lately discovering people I respected being apart of this agenda. It's soul destroying, but fuck em, the hero is inside and not on the outside through these false idols. The awakening continues or will it be too late? I still live in hope, they'll never destroy that, I'll die on my feet and not on my knees.

I think jeff Berwick has come up with some good advise,on his walk and talks. I have heard about the passport thing and he has explained himself. We all make mistakes in life and im sure jeff knows this and he will have to deal with that karma himself.  Max igan i don't know him other than watching some of his talks. 

I not sure who we can trust anymore,so maybe other poster's would like to tell this thread who we should listen too. It seems to me everyone is now a shill according to this forum. But maybe i should only trust myself and none of you.

 I made same mistake i made the past about the suppose file case. Not proud of myself. I am so desperate about seeing a spark. But it should not affect my critical thinking. Thank You for sharing your research. I am getting better at managing myself, but your post is for me an humbling reminder that i should avoid any relapse to my hopium addiction.

Not having a go but i have only seen a few names mentioned in this thread so that is hardly everyone. And i agree the term shill can be thrown around too much myself included. 

 

I have not heard from Jeff I'll check him out. 

 

And i follow people i wouldn't trust with a bargepole if i enjoy their content like Morpheus said the trick is to use discernment. It depends how far theirr shilly shennanigans come to the forefront. I follow vietch on youtube but its pretty clear to me at least he is a some sort of intelligence op at least at the start. I remember the tommilson thing and the 911 doc lol. Regarding Jeff Berwick's alleged misdemeanors, it is not just the TDV passports which has given rise to doubts about his integrity. He is accused of “having a reputation for running from one scam after another, so that he can rob Peter to pay Paul”.

TDV passports involved obtaining, at reduced rates, overseas passports within a matter of days or weeks - a process which, going through official channels, takes years. Some clients were allegedly paying to up $25,000 as deposits and, on realising their mistake and asking for a refund, their requests were ignored. It has been said that those who partook in the programme collectively lost around $2.5 million.

 

TDV Passports was founded by Berwick in 2009 who was listed as its CEO from mid 2013 to mid 2015. His Managing Director was Ken Johnson (more below), with Chris Martin also named as the 'Residency and Citizenship Planning Specialist' and later as 'Managing Partner'. From August 2015, TDV passports redirected to TDV Immigration and, at this point, Berwick was no longer listed as CEO having, so he says, left the passport industry.

 

Bettina Mueller, Berwick's agent in Paraguay, was arrested in June 2014 for passport fraud and the raid of her home found “sophisticated printing and engraving machines, along with boxes of blank passports and counterfeit government forms. The machines produced not only fake Paraguay identity cards, but counterfeit authentication stamps from many different countries including the US.”

 

A covert recording was made of Jeff Berwick during what was a Skype call. In the recording, Berwick admits to bribing corrupt government officials to obtain the passports so quickly – behaviour which was certainly fraudulent, illegal and likely to blow up. Whilst, from an anti-government standpoint bribing officials may not seem like the worst transgression, Berwick's clients were led to believe that the passports were above board. And, by selling unofficial passports, Berwick was placing his clients at risk of imprisonment without their knowledge.

 

 

 

One customer, going by the screen name of rich-meister, has written about how he made payments for a TDV passport for 3 years amounting to $12,600. The Paypal payments only stopped when they were cancelled by TDV. In querying why this had happened, he received no reply. He concluded that he may have been scammed and obtained a Paypal chargeback (undisputed by TDV) but for only $1,200 - a mere fraction of what he had paid out. When he finally got hold of Chris Martin, he received a very rude and abusive reply.

 

 

Whilst Berwick claimed that he had had nothing to do with 'TDV Immigration' for years, rich-meister points out that his payments were going to [email protected] and that the contract he signed was between him and Jeff Berwick personally (not TDV).

This site also holds complaints about the TDV passports (expand for comments). As does this one. And 66% of people rating TDV on Trust Pilot gave only one star.

 

 

Berwick's excuse for the passport fiasco was that he had a drinking problem and was suicidal. Regardless, he took people's money and provided no service to them which is, in my view, inexcusable.

 

GALT'S GULCH LAND DEAL

 

The purpose of the investment was for libertarians to build an environmentally-focused community on 11,000 acres of land and water in Chile. Berwick became involved with, and heavily promoted, the Galt's Gulch Chilean (GGC) land deal where investors are said to have lost $10.5 million without compensation. It is reported that one investor was forced to live in his car after losing all his life's savings to the scheme.

 

For balance, Berwick wrote an account of what happened from his perspective (cached). He blames his former business partner Ken Johnson who he says talked him into getting involved despite Berwick's initial reservations. He complains at length about Johnson's mismanagement (which he said he tried raising with Johnson), his lies, of treating investors and buyers as enemies, and claims that he himself lost $500,000 out of the venture.

 

It is also claimed that Johnson, through dishonest manoeuvres, managed to cut partners and investors out of the real estate development and take overall control of the ownership of GGC necessitating legal action. He is accused of being secretive about the finances, of tying the capital up in knots and of running off with the money.

 

Ken Johnson, meanwhile, claims to be the victim of a smear campaign perpetrated by GGC's “Recovery Team” and has a page on the Galt's Gulch website dedicated to exposing Berwick which includes copies / screenshots of emails with revelations of his debauchery.

 

Allegations against Berwick, in relation to this project, include that he misrepresented himself as one of the founders when he was not. Johnson claims that a criminal investigation was underway into Berwick's alleged associates sent to “rescue” the project including Edward J Lashlee (a convicted Ponzi scheme felon). He further claims that these individuals illegally looted GGC of equipment and records.

 

What transpired at GGC appears to be a tangled web of deceit, finger pointing and toxicity. Neither Berwick nor Johnson come out of this episode covered in glory but, admittedly, Johnson seems the worst culprit behind the project's demise. Yet Berwick had known Johnson for some time prior to this project and should have been cognisant of his shortcomings along with what was needed for effective running and delivery of the venture. Berwick certainly could have taken better care, especially given the complexity and magnitude of the undertaking, to ensure that a solid basis was established before heading out and promoting it.

 

ANARCHAPULCO

 

Another “programme” of Berwick's is that of Anarchapulco which is an annual event in Anapulco, Mexico where high profile individuals within the freedom movement, anarchists and libertarians offer presentations and entertainment to the attendees. From what I can gather, it started in 2015 and was initially well regarded as an event.

 

However, a number of the speakers have reported concerns. I am not familiar with them all (and therefore cannot offer an opinion as to their reliability), but this includes Christopher Cantwell, Derrick Broze, Adam Kokesh and Kenny Palurintano. Most of the issues centred around the 5^th year's event in 2019 which apparently cost $2 million to stage and created a need to claw back an overspend.

 

Concerns include the use of a strip club with prostitutes, a nude pool, fraud and theft. Unconfirmed speakers were listed on the line up and speakers who were not on the main stage were being asked to pay for their own ticket.

 

Kenny Palurintano reports how he was asked to cook (work) every night for a loss and that every speaker who he spoke with related how they were “getting jerked around”. He relates how may of them lost a lot of money, having invested a lot of time into the event, and how this was because there was a crack down on what they could sell including books and other merchandise.

 

 

 

Adam Kokesh wonders whether, due to an apparent lack of integrity, Anarchapulco was set up to discredit the freedom movement.

 

 

 

BITCOIN ATM (2013)

 

Bitcoin ATM was promised to be the first such ATM to be installed in the aftermath of the Cypriot financial crisis.

 

It is alleged that Berwick publicly lied about being the founder of the project, including on Fox News. On 2^nd May 2013, Berwick announced his official withdrawal after being kicked off the team. He claims that one of the founding entrepreneurs wanted to merely take everything Berwick had done to promote the project onto the world stage after which they acted dishonourably to dismiss him.

 

RAPE ALLEGATIONS

 

Fernando Andres Murua was accused of rape by Jeff Berwick's wife. The incident was alleged to have taken place when Kena Lisette Moreno Berwick (nee Lopez) entered the bathroom of a bar in the Salta city of Cafayate, Argentina. She had gone to the pub alone that night which was unusual as she had always been accompanied by her husband.

 

The newspaper El Tribuno de Salta reported that the case went to court and the judge found that the allegations lacked merit. Criminal charges were then to be filed against Berwick for her apparent false claim but they fled the country.

 

According to the blurb accompanying the video below of Kena Berwick giving her account, “all witnesses present at the pub where Berwick claimed the rape occurred, said that Berwick pursued the man for sex, then drank and danced all night with him after Berwick pressured the man into having sex in the pub bathroom.” Even her friends would not support her testimony.

 

 

 

It is quite possible that, if the allegation was false, Jeff Berwick may not be responsible for this in any way and could have just taken his wife's word for what took place. His detractors seem to think he was involved, and it has been speculated that the false claim was made to cover up their predatory sexual exploits - but it is not clear on what basis this has been concluded.

 

Amid all the above events are rumours of Berwick's drinking, drug-taking, his penchant for cheating on his wife including with prostitutes, and his predatory treatment of women. He is also said to be closely associated with convicted criminals.

 

Just to be clear, these events took place several years ago and it may be that some restitution has been offered to those who lost money through the above initiatives. However, I haven't seen any evidence of this. An apology is one thing, but even more important is following through on rectifying the damage done.

 

If people think Berwick is to be trusted, that is up to them. At best, he has been lacking in foresight and negligent in many of his endeavours. But, in my view, the weight of the testimony and evidence suggests that Berwick did likely scam people – at least with the passports - and, as a result, has made enemies. Is it any wonder that people are suspicious of him and give him flak?

Whilst Berwick claimed that he had had nothing to do with 'TDV Immigration' for years, rich-meister points out that his payments were going to [email protected] and that the contract he signed was between him and Jeff Berwick personally (not TDV).

This site also holds complaints about the TDV passports (expand for comments). As does this one. And 66% of people rating TDV on Trust Pilot gave only one star.

 

 

Berwick's excuse for the passport fiasco was that he had a drinking problem and was suicidal. Regardless, he took people's money and provided no service to them which is, in my view, inexcusable.

 

GALT'S GULCH LAND DEAL

 

The purpose of the investment was for libertarians to build an environmentally-focused community on 11,000 acres of land and water in Chile. Berwick became involved with, and heavily promoted, the Galt's Gulch Chilean (GGC) land deal where investors are said to have lost $10.5 million without compensation. It is reported that one investor was forced to live in his car after losing all his life's savings to the scheme.

 

For balance, Berwick wrote an account of what happened from his perspective (cached). He blames his former business partner Ken Johnson who he says talked him into getting involved despite Berwick's initial reservations. He complains at length about Johnson's mismanagement (which he said he tried raising with Johnson), his lies, of treating investors and buyers as enemies, and claims that he himself lost $500,000 out of the venture.

 

It is also claimed that Johnson, through dishonest manoeuvres, managed to cut partners and investors out of the real estate development and take overall control of the ownership of GGC necessitating legal action. He is accused of being secretive about the finances, of tying the capital up in knots and of running off with the money.

 

Ken Johnson, meanwhile, claims to be the victim of a smear campaign perpetrated by GGC's “Recovery Team” and has a page on the Galt's Gulch website dedicated to exposing Berwick which includes copies / screenshots of emails with revelations of his debauchery.

 

Allegations against Berwick, in relation to this project, include that he misrepresented himself as one of the founders when he was not. Johnson claims that a criminal investigation was underway into Berwick's alleged associates sent to “rescue” the project including Edward J Lashlee (a convicted Ponzi scheme felon). He further claims that these individuals illegally looted GGC of equipment and records.

 

What transpired at GGC appears to be a tangled web of deceit, finger pointing and toxicity. Neither Berwick nor Johnson come out of this episode covered in glory but, admittedly, Johnson seems the worst culprit behind the project's demise. Yet Berwick had known Johnson for some time prior to this project and should have been cognisant of his shortcomings along with what was needed for effective running and delivery of the venture. Berwick certainly could have taken better care, especially given the complexity and magnitude of the undertaking, to ensure that a solid basis was established before heading out and promoting it.

 

ANARCHAPULCO

 

Another “programme” of Berwick's is that of Anarchapulco which is an annual event in Anapulco, Mexico where high profile individuals within the freedom movement, anarchists and libertarians offer presentations and entertainment to the attendees. From what I can gather, it started in 2015 and was initially well regarded as an event.

 

However, a number of the speakers have reported concerns. I am not familiar with them all (and therefore cannot offer an opinion as to their reliability), but this includes Christopher Cantwell, Derrick Broze, Adam Kokesh and Kenny Palurintano. Most of the issues centred around the 5^th year's event in 2019 which apparently cost $2 million to stage and created a need to claw back an overspend.

 

Concerns include the use of a strip club with prostitutes, a nude pool, fraud and theft. Unconfirmed speakers were listed on the line up and speakers who were not on the main stage were being asked to pay for their own ticket.

 

Kenny Palurintano reports how he was asked to cook (work) every night for a loss and that every speaker who he spoke with related how they were “getting jerked around”. He relates how may of them lost a lot of money, having invested a lot of time into the event, and how this was because there was a crack down on what they could sell including books and other merchandise.

 

 

 

Adam Kokesh wonders whether, due to an apparent lack of integrity, Anarchapulco was set up to discredit the freedom movement.

 

 

 

BITCOIN ATM (2013)

 

Bitcoin ATM was promised to be the first such ATM to be installed in the aftermath of the Cypriot financial crisis.

 

It is alleged that Berwick publicly lied about being the founder of the project, including on Fox News. On 2^nd May 2013, Berwick announced his official withdrawal after being kicked off the team. He claims that one of the founding entrepreneurs wanted to merely take everything Berwick had done to promote the project onto the world stage after which they acted dishonourably to dismiss him.

 

RAPE ALLEGATIONS

 

Fernando Andres Murua was accused of rape by Jeff Berwick's wife. The incident was alleged to have taken place when Kena Lisette Moreno Berwick (nee Lopez) entered the bathroom of a bar in the Salta city of Cafayate, Argentina. She had gone to the pub alone that night which was unusual as she had always been accompanied by her husband.

 

The newspaper El Tribuno de Salta reported that the case went to court and the judge found that the allegations lacked merit. Criminal charges were then to be filed against Berwick for her apparent false claim but they fled the country.

 

According to the blurb accompanying the video below of Kena Berwick giving her account, “all witnesses present at the pub where Berwick claimed the rape occurred, said that Berwick pursued the man for sex, then drank and danced all night with him after Berwick pressured the man into having sex in the pub bathroom.” Even her friends would not support her testimony.

 

 

 

It is quite possible that, if the allegation was false, Jeff Berwick may not be responsible for this in any way and could have just taken his wife's word for what took place. His detractors seem to think he was involved, and it has been speculated that the false claim was made to cover up their predatory sexual exploits - but it is not clear on what basis this has been concluded.

 

Amid all the above events are rumours of Berwick's drinking, drug-taking, his penchant for cheating on his wife including with prostitutes, and his predatory treatment of women. He is also said to be closely associated with convicted criminals.

 

Just to be clear, these events took place several years ago and it may be that some restitution has been offered to those who lost money through the above initiatives. However, I haven't seen any evidence of this. An apology is one thing, but even more important is following through on rectifying the damage done.

 

If people think Berwick is to be trusted, that is up to them. At best, he has been lacking in foresight and negligent in many of his endeavours. But, in my view, the weight of the testimony and evidence suggests that Berwick did likely scam people – at least with the passports - and, as a result, has made enemies. Is it any wonder that people are suspicious of him and give him flak?

What I will say at this point. Is you could probably similarly find many testimonies of how Jeff has helped people over the years.

 

I haven't followed Jeff for that long but from what I can make out - before reading what you wrote and by his own admission - he was a bit of a scumbag at times in his life and had some kind of awakening 4 years ago. Listening to his awakening videos was very insightful to me personally and his new videos that he presents today (I never watched him years ago) provide both entertainment and useful information. I suspect some of which is written about him is true, no smoke without fire - but he is of use to me at the moment. And scumbag in a former life he may have been but Government big pharma shill (which this thread is about) I highly doubt.
