London freedom rally 22 January 2022 1:00 PM

Hi All

Anyone know more about this rally, it’s my first ever. Enough is enough now. My NHS career is almost over due to mandatory jabs and I’m jab free, and will stay jab free. I need to now stand with my fellow people.
I was wondering if any of you can advise me on the best methods to use at a rally like this. I’m catching the train from my location into London on Saturday 22nd January and intend to follow my instincts. Might book accommodation for the night and was also wondering what is happening on the Sunday 23rd.
Any advice welcome

cheers

Matt

Hello Matt!

I went to the last one in December (18th?) and it was brilliant.  I went with a group of friends, and I suspect there will be people in your area who will be going too.  (Take a look at www.astandinthepark.org, and see if there is one near you!)   I wore good shoes for the march afterwards, a warm coat, and I took a flask of coffee and a bite of lunch. It was lovely to be with probably 90,000 other people who were all marching for their values, and really friendly community feeling. It finished about 4.00pm, and we all dispersed.  I think it is advertised as two days to accommodate the 24 hours of other marches around the world?

Have a lovely time - it feels so good to be able to take action and stand up as a group.
