Beck
Hi, anybody in same predicament as me, mandatory jabs required to work from 1st April, I'm never going to have the poison and feel I should not lose my job because of my choice. Anybody actively know what can be done, any help would be greatly appreciated.

HAARPING_On
And let's not forget Mandatory is not Law... It needs your consent. Do not consent, it is not enforceable. If you are then threatened with punitive measures is a result of not consenting then that is coercion. Coercion is a tort, it is UNLAWFUL.

Sharpdx
That's right, there are a lot of rules any employee should respect, and he also has certain rights that the company he is working for should respect. Moreover, it depends on which country you work for because each country has a specific set of rules. When I was in quarantine, I got a remote job. Even if the website is international, the company is American, so all the rules apply to any typical American company. I didn't have any problem with this kind of thing. However, we quickly solved misunderstandings because I knew my work contract well.
