The background was out of focus and the table in the foreground was out of focus because she was in middle focus I suppose...

They definitely have the same teeth, with her lower front teeth more embedded into her gum. Although the brooch being in the opposite side is a strange one? Have she crossed over to the other side? Signal to TPB?

Its a low res image but that golden light in the background should be reflecting through the outer edges of her hair more. Afterall she’s old, her hair is thin…it should be shining through at least a tiny glow. She’s not over-lit from the front cancelling out the rear lighting. 

This would suggest she’s a ‘mirage’ - looks 3-d, can even talk, move and resemble human, yet light is not going to behave on the projection like a real 3-d person, as they are not really fully solid biological. Its far easier for them to posses a person , shapeshift, and then the person will reflect natural surroundings as theyre still biologically alive. 
The astral ‘lords’ are capable of projecting ANYTHING into this material realm, and are especially good at mimicry, taking a sick delight in duping in this way. Their most favourite ‘game’, trickery…especially to the whole world! However, in natural light, outside…far more challenging. They prefer these parlour tricks indoors, un-natural lighting. 

She very well could , as a person, have died a while back. These excuses given for her abscence are ridiculous - she’s known for stoicism and getting on with it no matter whatever tragedy is occurring - fulfilling her duty and all that.
