US Army to Punish Soldiers for Wronglikes on Social Media

I thought the military had been purged of these mythical extremists already!

Immediately after the Brandon administration coup de dat and cordoned off the US Capitol, it was incoming commands first action, (along with producing woke recruitment ads and reading books on white rage) - then came the vax mandates.

Add the intentional humiliation of the Afghan withdraw - they're just out to fk as many up the a$$ as possible now - it's just pure vindictiveness.

But like all communists, they won't stop until they sniff out all dissenters and counter-revolutionaries, real and imagined.

French and Russian revolutions spring to mind - and the Salem Witch Trials for some reason! lol "WITCH! WITCH!"

It's dangerous for people to have ideas or think about things.

RT:

The US military has updated its “extremism” policy, allowing commanders to punish service members for “actively participating” in banned activities – from supporting terrorism to liking a post deemed extremist on social media.

The new rules were rolled out on Monday, Department of Defense officials told AP, though the official document has not been made publicly available yet. It is the first update to the extremism policy since 2012.

The update focuses “exclusively on actions” as opposed to “any particular ideology or any political organization,” one DOD official told reporters at a background briefing. That means the prohibition on “participation” in groups that advocate any kind of “supremacist, extremist, or criminal gang doctrine, ideology, or causes” remains in effect, as well as groups that “advocate the use of force, violence, or criminal activity; or otherwise engage in efforts to deprive individuals of their civil rights.”

What’s new is the definition of six broad categories of “extremist activities” and 14 definitions of what constitutes “active participation” in them. Under the new rules, a commander can penalize a service member if they actively participated in behavior that fits the definition of extremism.

As reported by AP, among the banned activities are advocating terrorism and supporting the overthrow of the government, fundraising and rallying on behalf of groups designated as extremist, and liking or reposting such views on social media.

In February, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered a one-day “stand down” of the entire military to address “extremism” in the ranks in the wake of the January 6 riot at the US Capitol. Fewer than 100 service members were involved in “substantiated cases of extremist activity” over the past year, officials told AP on Monday, but added that the Pentagon fears that number may grow, particularly among veterans.

I have never been in no military.

But you give these people too much credit.

People are useless at understanding others, and most people are like this.

Tell us how the fruitcakes at the pentagon, will know if a person from there military is posting who knows what, or its someone else?

If you have ever been surveilled by fruitcake gov people, you will know how rubbish they are, at understanding you, or even fact checking the info on you is correct.

They know everything about everyone, including their own Pentagon staffers watching kiddie porn on govt computers at work - they don't care so much about that though.

But they are making the effort to go after anyone within their ranks they suspect is not onboard with this communist take over, that's what commies do, history has consistently taught us this.

They knew the geo-locations throughout the day, the hotels and travel arrangements and got the banks to hand over records and froze accounts of anyone they decided they didn't like who happened to be in Washington DC on January 6th.

I don't think Nick Fuentes has his $500,000 back yet, it was taken from his account and the bank wouldnt provide him an explanation.

That's just what they can do to any civilian "dissonant" who catches their ire.

It's not hard to imagine what they can do to anyone within their own ranks who they consider a threat to the new regime.

I feel you don't give them enough credit.

Communists have been dreaming about overthrowing the United States for decades - now they've got they've got their tentacles around all branches of the Federal Govt and military apparatus', (but not all States) they're not going to leave anything to chance.

But yes, the faces fronting the cameras are for the most part incompetent fruitcakes, but those in the shadows aren't.

I'm not personally giving anyone any credit here in my post, not sure why you saying this, twice.

I just laid out that latest censorship and round of purging in the US Military of anyone not onboard with the destruction of the United States, that's all, I have no beef in the game.
