Thinking that the leet's are already sorted, and seeing how the the next level down are playing their part in all this so wonderfully i.e the insurgency group aka gov and msm would be my logical choice, could see bulk items being diverted to some other made up nonsense crisis in the snooze, then comes whatever is left, myself I have gone for simple basic stuff, add water, heat, scoff, done.
