I will show you how to see the energy field around your own body. Some call it aura.

Very easy.

 

Put your finger up half a meter away from your face and find an angle. You will see it. Just 1 mm-2 mm above it
It surrounds your whole body.
It is a semi-transparent grayish color.

It is the most perfect thing I have ever seen/noticed in this construct. And everyone can see it.

Once you notice it and start looking at it every chance you get. You will start seeing it around everything. Every living thing, every object.

I have tried this but can't find the right angle.  What do you mean exactly?  Is it the angle you point your finger up or down?

No, like a better angle in the light. 

Look at any part of your body. I use the finger cos it's the easiest to see.

It's just above the skin. Consecrate and don't think of anything. Don't let your mind slip away. Just observe.

 

Focus your eyes. You know how you focus on an object and then behind the object? Similar to that. Just above the finger.

 

Or try to look at the skin on top of your finger but don't look down at it. Have it right in front of you. Directly... parallel with your eyes.

How to know if your 3rd eye is open.

 

I didn't know this till today....I thought seeing astral light was normal or some tricks of the brain.

As it happens, if you see colours when you close your eyes before you go to bed e.g. in darkness you are seeing the colour of your activated chakras.

It looks like below....exactly

Some people will see it if they meditate apparently.

 

And if you see geometric patterns, you have or you will develop ESP.

I just rub my eyes and I see these pattern. lol

 

I see other swirly whizzing colourful thing as well. I started to see it years ago after doing some Ez. lol

 

So there you have it.

That is interesting. A month or so ago (maybe longer who knows these days) during my meditation I was seeing that EXACT image whilst working (cleansing) my third eye chakra. At the same time I have been going through a period where I am constantly being 'tested' to trust my intuition.

My colors are different than those of what you show… I’m am still learning about this and very intrigued… I’d like to know what the colors mean.

What colours did you see if you don't mind my asking? Just curious really.

 

It should correspond with the chakra colours.

well of course the background is black but if you look past the black the colors i see are like a transparent greenish blue color(the shape) with yellow and kinda white/greyish TV static. thats the only way i can put it into words

so i found the chakra colors... and i circled the ones and part of the colors i see... not sure how to interpret it.

So it looks like you are active in the area between the Solar Plexus and Heart.
