I wondered at the significance of the statue, but it's a women's hospital where they have babies so it could be nothing more than that. Could be.

It was the first thing that popped up in my head and that I felt when I heard about it last night. My daughter was born there and like I said it was the first thing that popped up and I felt I don't live that far from it and did wonder why the police helicopter was out . I literally live just around the corner from Rutland Avenue and cycled past it wondering why it was taped off .

Did you see any evidence of a large explosion?

Nothing.

Rutland was cordoned off and so was by the hospital as I cycled past there too. There was rumours about there beig an explosion in Sefton Park which is not true as my flat faces the park. Like I said I didn't even know what at happened until a friend texted me in the evening. The police helicopter was out but I didnt see that until about 1.00pm which was two hours after the incident . I was actually sitting outside my local having a pint on Sundau afternoon which is just aroundcthe corner from Rutland and there was no sirens and didn't see any police cars or vans . I can't seem to post pics on here but search for the Willow Bank Tavern ( pub ) and then Rutland Avenue and see how close they are .

The terrorist has been confirmed to be one of my lot.

Full of the Spirit of God, strong in the Scriptures and fulfilling the commands of Jesus to love God and his neighbour with all of his heart, mind and strength.

I particularly like how he demonstrated praying for those who spitefully abused him and persecuted him for all the world to see.

Anyone know how they identified him so quickly after this?

Liverpool Terror Attack | breaking bomb explodes in car parking of a hospital | A bomb explodes in a car parked in the parking lot of a women's hospital in Liverpool, killing

I think part of his body flies through the windscreen.... In that still you can see a portion of an object in front of the car, in the CCTV footage it looks like a torso and a couple of arms... Or maybe it's just my imagination, but something definitely significant flew out the windscreen and landed in front of the car.

Hard to tell. Something definitely flew through the window on the driver's side.

If you go past that point in the video to about 20 sec .... someone (masked) runs out from the reception and just skips over that 'item' .... if it was a body part (from the running persons size, I would say not a torso) then I think 'running person' wouldn't just skip over it?

I think they would in shock (it is a mask wearer after all)... I have seen people literally step over a person who had literally collapsed unconscious in front of them.  They just walked away as if nothing had happened.

do you know what by now you can guarantee the video footage of this taxi journey would of been released? i mean ffs there cameras everywhere from town onward. and the police press and every other agency would have it out in the public domain but nothing the security cameras on and around the Women's hospital nothing.

this is bugging me why choose the Women's the Royal was closer. if he was intent on hitting a hospital. i honestly don't know.

You can tell a real terror campaign. They go for the leaders of the regime. Baader Meinhof, IRA with the Brighton bomb and Mountbatten. These lot attack ordinary people which just makes the public hate them more. Which is the whole point. Divide and rule. Imagine if they tried to take out some of the paedophile Masonic elite. Too many would be cheering. Never gonna happen. And we all know why.

The Women' s hospital is closer though mate and the Royal is pretty difficult to get to with all the one way systems that side of town. I agree on the cameras and no footage though. From Rutland to the Womens is onto Smithdown and straight up to Upper Parliament Street and take a right at Kingsley Road and there is the hospital. Or up Ullet Road then onto Princess Avenue and then take a right onto Upper Parliament . I'd hazard a guess by saying both routes lots of cameras . Also two closest police stations are Admiral Street in Toxteth and Wavertree which is in Edge Hill . The route from Wavertree is going past the pub I was at and the route from Toxteth is down Ullet Road. Iam not sure if they would put the sirens on for something like that , but still I didn't see any police cars , vans etc.

yeah ya right Ive confused the 2 addresses given cheers. and you bet ya bottom dollar they would all hell would let loose sirens lights and tonnes of them the surrounding streets would of been proper mayhem. there would probably in my mind cos its classed as a terrorist thing brought police in from Wirral and other areas to.

and where you was outside the pub ya defo would of saw heard something  or others coming in an out of the area. the news of whats just happened would as ya know be the talk of town there and then within minutes. there's tonnes of traffic ppl around it would of been chatted.you would know more than me thanks for reply.
