At the signing event the CEO asked me how it was possible that I made this, and his research department of over 150 people still couldn't get the finesse of it, let alone develop something like that. My answer was; all the diverse knowledge is in one brain, they're not experts, just know enough to work with. Being in one head, they don't fight amongst each other about who is going to be the boss and the smartest. Your 150 plus does that and lose sight of the goal all to easy.
