humanoid
I have a piece of land which during the purchase was automatically registered in the land registry. From what i understand, anything officially "registered" through statutory law means it belongs to the crown, therefore they can take it as they please. Has anyone deregistered land through common law and can give some advice of the process? I know it can be done as i know someone has done it but can't get hold of them. Thanks.
