factJack
Quote https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-merseyside-58718085 Quote A rare white deer was shot dead by police after it was spotted running through the streets of a town. People in Bootle, Merseyside were shocked when they saw the wild animal roaming about on Sunday morning. The RSPCA said it had advised police to "leave the deer as it would make its own way back home" eventually. But Merseyside Police said officers decided to euthanise the deer after growing concerns it might be dangerous for motorists and pedestrians. The force said it first received reports of the fallow buck running along various roads at about 08:45 BST on Sunday. Armed response officers were able to secure it on an industrial estate off Melling Road. A veterinary surgeon was called to monitor the animal's welfare and assist attempts to control it. DON'T!......STOP!!.....please!......you're KILLING ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (they didn't hear me, they were too busy killing me by "keeping me(and the world) safe"....). I guess it must just be for the best. They're even laughing now. I am dead to the world, but I Am Alive In The Spirit. I will remain for a time, and...... I WILL HAVE THE LAST LAUGH. There was that black swan that landed in Tiananmen Square around the Evergrande news. This seems like our black swan event. >The white stag is a familiar creature of myth and legend. Its origins are likely in the totemic period of early Indo-European society >The white stag in Celtic myth is an indicator that the Otherworld is near http://www.ancienttexts.org/library/celtic/jce/whitestag.html Edited September 29, 2021 by EnigmaticWorld 1

I edited because I made a mistake, the black swan was a few weeks back, but I remember the Chinese speculating about that being an omen. And that other bit about the Celtic and Indo-European significance is just green text copy pasta I noticed on 4chan, but interesting stuff. In Sámi culture they're also sacred. Like others, I find it hard to believe that the authorities couldn't have just tranquilized it. Seems very suspect, like someone is trying to fulfil some script. "Ahhhh the beauty of nature, fookin kill it lads" There's something seriously wrong with this island these days. I kind of wish some ancient Britonnic spirits would awaken to smite these nutters. I wonder if there is any signficance with the location, Bootle. Edited September 29, 2021 by EnigmaticWorld

Firebird
Is it so difficult to make an except for this rare animal and tranquillize and relocate him? I don't think I've seen a white deer before. Interesting. Edited September 29, 2021 by Firebird

shadowmoon
https://christianiconography.info/giles.html St. Giles was born in Athens but traveled to Provence and lived as a hermit near Arles. According to the legends St. Giles had a doe that Christ sent to provide milk. One day Flavius, the king who ruled in that area, went hunting with his knights. When they spotted Giles's doe they pursued her and she fled to Giles's hermitage. Left: St. Giles milking the doe. Right: The king and his hunters set out. North wall of the nave, Church of St. Rupert, Weisspriach, Austria. See the description page. Aiming for the doe, one of the hunters accidentally shot the saint instead. So Flavius visited him and offered the help of the royal surgeons, but Giles refused and prayed that the wound never heal

Found this article from 2008 about a White Hart that was killed. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-514249/How-magical-white-hart-inspires-legends-thousand-pubs.html In the article it says..."Those who killed this stag, however, may have got more than they bargained for. Like many legends, those surrounding the white hart come with their fair share of curses and prophecies of bad luck to anyone who crosses the creature. For the ancient Celts, the white hart was a harbinger of doom, a living symbol that some taboo has been transgressed or a moral law broken. To come across a white hart was to realise that some terrible evil or judgment was imminent".
Useyournous
They secured it on an industrial estate so why couldn't they shove it in someone's horsebox (there's plenty of them about!), look where it has probably come from and take it to safety? Knowsley safari park is not too far away in stag leaps and they have white deer there. Also, could drivers not be made aware to go carefully? I'm fed up with morons. Just dumping it in the nearest woodland would have at least given it a better chance! Aren't armed response dead ard?! Doc
Killing a stag in the 1500's would have got you your head cut off if you weren't royalty. In the 1800's you'd have been hanged or sent to... Australia! "Poaching Laws In the 1500s, killing deer meant death to anyone but royalty [source: nationmaster]. Between the mid- 1700s and the first half of the 1800s poachers were hanged or sent to Australia, especially if guns were used or a gamekeeper was injured in the crime [source: Scribd]." https://adventure.howstuffworks.com/outdoor-activities/hunting/traditional-methods/poaching3.htm
Captainlove
I heard another angle on this story. The armed police need live fire practice on live being's. could this be an example of a live fire exercise?

MJBJ
Bootle. It is tempting to highlight correspondences. Bootle. A place sacrificed on the altar of globo-cap. Bootle. Famous for a child murdered by children. Bootle. A white stag shot.
Not Thoth
The death of anything white is symbolic of the reduction of the white population. A stag is representative of a bridegroom - he has a stag do. Marriage is synonymous with procreation. So we have the death of white reproduction.

We put up blocks to the miraculous by insisting it conforms to a limited system of belief. Thereby; not being seen for what it actually was, and limiting possibilities. We can go forth and speculate and investigate them, and all we're doing is putting absurd conditions upon that which is Unlimited, by which the Miraculous will go largely unnoticed or unrecognized and awareness continues in limitation. Magic/fantasy/delusion is not the same as the Miraculous. But of course in this world; born of the former, Miracles are seen as fantasy, and fantasy as Reality.
