There are many sites where patents have been published, Google Patents just to start with. Read the patents. I found DEW inventions there, but not necessarily under the term "DEW." Also learn the science behind what creates DEW's and search for patents with terms like that. For example, scalar waves. I found patents that say these technologies can be used for "crowd control." It's not the tech side that's the problem; you just read the declassified documents or the patents, which tell you it's modified RADAR... It's the people who are psychologically screwed up, agitated, and pacing up and down, thinking people walking their dog past their house are gangstalking them. Then coming up with ridiculous stories to try and justify it... instead of realising and dealing with the fact they are messed up, basically.
