How to keep our teeth healthy?

I assume certain vitamins and minerals will be beneficial for teeth and gum health. Also with food debris left on a tooth is what causes decay, then maybe flossing after each time we eat, or the water thing that sprays water in our mouth.

I thought it was worth making this thread in case we cant go to a dentist unless we’ve taken the depopulation jab

Well , I have 4 kids

First 2 had trouble with decay

Third has impeccable teeth and her finger nails grow fast

4th has ok teeth

First 2 caused us probs with dentist to the point where I told the dentist she's not putting a neurotoxin on their teeth. We brush their teeth, we watch their sweets and chocolate intake and don't give em fruit juice. Told dentist fluoride toothpaste doesn't work and we need a proper solution. Got no response

The 3rd changed everything. Perfect teeth.

So I recommend probiotics, a full spectrum including 'b infantis'

We use bentonite clay xylitol mix for toothpaste

I have had terrible teeth ever since young but, touch wood, the last couple of years has been much better

Stay away from fluoride,is a big one , my farther is 85 has all his teeth and no fillings ,brought up on farm ,no fluoride

Mother same age has teeth but full of fillings and crowns , brought  up with fluoride

My wife and myself have most of our teeth but full of fillings and crowns ,both brought up with fluoride

Both sons mid 30's brought up on farm no fluoride both have all their teeth and no fillings

I read an article or paper somewhere about 12 months ago that championed the use of a certain type of  sugar that has the ability to strengthen and repair enamel and foods with a high amount are very beneficial, I will have to try and track it down ,I can't remember what they were called and I never herd of them before.

If it is true and word got out the mainstay of the dental industry would be buggered.

How should we use xylitol?

I mix 4parts bentonite clay with 1 part xylitol, add 3 parts distilled or zerowater. Mix , leave. Check consistency

Toothpaste

Pro biotics are great I started using them recently.

Really interesting to hear about the flouride experinces, I've been wanting to go away from this type of toothpaste but worried that it would lead to many cavities. The toothpastes on the market now do have incredible tech and I haven't had any filling since brushing my teeth properly from 5 years old. So good to know that hopefully a switch to flouride free will not necessarily mean more fillings - which was my belief.

Definetely. Foods from this list feed pathogens in our bodies. They should be kept to a minimum.                        Medical Medium: Foods To Avoid For Healing Chronic Illness

Yes gut health is very impotent for overall well being, and I do agree with 98% of your list, but there is a couple I'm not sure about because I just don't know ,however I would like to ask you about citric acid .

I was at a talk where the speaker was extolling the virtues of an alkaline system as apposed to an acidic one with regards to cancer. He said oranges were bad and caused an acidic system, where lemons are good because they help produce an alkaline system, when I pointed out that they both contain citric acid,he said it was how the liver metabolizes the two and that was all he would say , weather that is correct or not I don't know I was wondering if you could comment as I'm interested,if not no worries

Sorry I know its off topic

I think the main issue here is that citric acid is processed.

All raw fruits are good for you, even the few ones which are acidic like oranges, blueberries, cranberries, peaches, tomatoes etc... Ideal ratio of alkaline to acid should be around 80-20 (or 75-25) in favor of alkaline foods.

There really is a special place in hell for these people... seems they want to ramp up keeping the masses docile and a slow death, more money for pharma

It's ridiculous. Of all the things that people are crying out for health-wise at the moment, they decided adding fluoride to the water supply was top of the list. Trouble is, most people don't have a clue about the negative effects, so they get away with it. Get yourselves a filter folks - you might just wake up.

I completely agree with what other posters have already kindly contributed to this thread. What you eat has a significant impact on the condition of your teeth. I always aim to try and eat organic foods that are beneficial for gut health. I found the Gut and Psychology Syndrome (GAPS diet) by Dr Natasha Campbell-McBride to be very helpful. I always try to eat foods that help maintain good gut health such as sauerkraut, kefir, bone broth etc.

I found this website by Lauren Geertsen who managed to treat her Ulcerative Colitis (something my father had and also treated naturally) by being on the GAPS diet. She is very vocal about Big Pharma and the importance of reconnecting with our body's intuition. I find this webpage to be very helpful and provides helpful tips on how to heal your teeth naturally: https://empoweredsustenance.com/restore-enamel-naturally/.

I swap and change what toothpaste I use but I have currently been using the weleda salt toothpaste https://www.weleda.co.uk/salt-toothpaste-75ml-101004 which is fluoride-free. I also use hydrogen peroxide 3% as mouthwash.

I hope you all find this information to be useful.

BW,

BrownEyedGirl  :)
