Having just purchased a Jason Vale endorsed juicer. He, being an author of the book 5lbs in 5 days. We have been using the juicer and trying out the various juice recipes for a few days and the results are quite incredible. We start the 5 day one tomorrow. My usual joint aches have almost vanished and energy has risen considerably. This coupled with a Royal Berkey water filter to finally allow us to drink good clean water is changing our lives for the better. Brain fog and constant fatigue has also diminished. I urge everyone to try this with immediate effect if suffering from any of the above symptoms or others. By juicing some good veg and fruit, so removing the hard to digest fibre, then the goodness goes straight into the cells without the usual upset or rejection and, being liquified it supports, a less than optimal digestive system. The veg mixed with fruit taste great, it’s not like you’d imagine at all. No flatulent symptoms either. We all need to be the best we can and so obvious that I didn’t see it. Having suffered years of dull aches, joint pain, stiff neck and shoulders, brain fog, stomach cramps, etc. Simple but, true. This really is working. Please look Jason Vale up and his videos.

Pass this onto David if you guys aren’t already informed  x

Just an update. My Partner and I have just completed the Jason Vale 5 day detox. Day one was wow, felt great, 2 was feeling those hunger pangs by late morning, no aches or lethargy, 3 was same with more hunger pangs, though felt awake no brain fog at all, 4 felt lighter, more constant energy and a real inner calmness, 5 was same but, better. Worked all day without a break in the home and garden doing what I love. Did take my allowed emergency fruit from day 3. Today was one more juice, that I was really wanting, then a good mountain bike ride for homemade pork pie and peas of all things. It was the one thing I really missed, the gravy oozing out, very odd, don’t have many but, by this morning began thinking that I wasn’t that bothered either, tbh, which was so good. Had a decaf coffee with that, sort of, just because I always did, along with any cafe visits or drop in meals, enjoyed it, yes, then downhill home. That’s when the fatigue hit me like boom and had to sleep. Feel heavy, slightly nauseous and sort of out of it again, as I used to before starting the juices. Stomach, I’m aware of again too, though it’s gone down considerably, just so you know, not overweight for my height, just slight belly if I’m honest, lol..

VERDICT: I won’t be going back to my old ways. Cancelling the constant cups of tea is actually a real blessing, even cancelling the Swiss watered decaf coffee sub, cos even that leaves you wanting in an unquenched way. I just haven’t had the kettle on hardly at all. It used to be boiling all day and everyday before juicing. I’m not peeing all the time.

I write this, after a two hour siesta and, feeling as I do at present, this is a pattern I don’t want to go back to. Juicing has been a springboard, I suggest all give this a go, even though we’ve gone through over 60 apples. My son says he wishes he’d not eaten a takeaway last night, as his chosen treat for willingly joining us most of the week on our quest to feel our best, which at 15 is great.

On a spiritual level, eating better is something I hear said, that we all need to do anyway. Being led to this naturally and after my springboard out of my old life before lockdown, juicing and better drinking water are all added benefits, along with time to write this. So now the house chores and essential projects are gladly done, it’s time to indulge in my passions for creating music, recording and OO gauge, DCC rail modelling. Oh yes and the garden one is turning out better than ever expected between keeping a keen eye on Ickonic, 5D vs 5G, shots, cyber, food chains and world resets.

Know thyself and nothing in excess. Don’t lie and don’t do anything you hate.

love to all ❤️🙏👍

An update. We are seeing continued improvement. A few eye floaters that I notice in one eye when out in heavy sunlight, for some years now, are now receding significantly. Some joint aches have returned now I’m back on a more everyday diet but, nothing like before. This could also be due to a little lifting of equipment, again but. not needing or yearning massage every week. We continue to juice everyday and both have more joint movement and continued fat reduction around our belly. The juices seem to really help quench the thirst and that desire for tea and coffee, plus far less visits to the WC. Stools are better. Brain fog has all but gone and that hungover feeling that you’d get after a good night out where you sometimes feel your head is in catch up mode if moving quick and, this was without the good night out. This brings a natural increased confidence. So probably cleansing the liver and intestinal tract. I’m calmer, more easy going and less stressed to always be doing. Get a lovely boost and high with the ginger, fruit and veg that goes straight to the head and body, it has you feeling energised naturally and, not by igniting the adrenals with caffeine, which then leaves you crashing and wanting more. No more caffeine overdoing it that was an awful feeling. Finally, juicing smells and tastes so good. Hail that kale. Andy.
