They are mandating the jab but it is up to the employer to decide if a vaccination is necessary, mandates are not law and cannot be enforced. If they fine you £5000 don't pay and they can't do anything about it.

A few nights ago I made the mistake, in the free state of Victoria, of pulling over on the side of the road to enjoy my coffee in my car. Three minutes later, flashing lights. Questioned about my reason for being out, blah blah.

It's like our State and Territory "leaders" are trying to out-dictator each other. You've got the North Korean-esque regime of Victoria shooting, imprisoning and killing their people. You've got the China like quarantine camps in QLD which the dictator there has admitted are for the unvaccinated. You've got the Hermit Kingdom of Western Australia which has basically dropped off the World's maps. Then you get the tyrannical Northern Territory dictator coming out of nowhere and striking with his 5000 dollar fines for the unvacvinated. In Nsw there's an illusion being created that our saviour has come along to open us up. The man who is a World Bank operative and is wanting to double, triple, quadruple immigration for his mates who donate to him.
