vaccine passport exemptions

Recommended Posts

The number of people that this exemption will apply to is tiny.

I think in the UK the initial vaccine trials last year only involved thousands of people. Additionally, recent reports by the drugs companies seem to indicate that many, if not all, of those who took part in the trials were subsequently offered actual vaccinations if they originally received a placebo. I think it's in the 90%+ range.

This means the initial trials are not longer blinded and placebo controlled. This isn't good for long term studies as there is no control group.

As for the 'self-declared' medical exemption that's far more interesting. I'd be keen to find out what illnesses and conditions qualify you for such an exemption. Especially if any of them include psychological conditions which might be more 'subjective' with regards to an official medial diagnosis.

Previous anaphylactic reaction to vaccines and general allergies, especially to eggs and beans.....

I obtained a medical exemption based on allergies and a previous anaphylactic reaction to flu vaccine a couple of years ago.

I hope my local  letter 'travels' well.

What happens when 50 or more people turn up and all walk in saying "I'm exempt" they call the police to try and turf them out?

What about 500 people doing it or 5000..? Numbers game.

There was that flash mob craze a few years ago. I recall in some US shopping centres it was used to storm shops and loot them. Large mobs of people organised online through social media or elsewere would be very difficult to stop.

If they make passports compulsory for buying essentials like food all bets are off, the social contract has effectively been abandoned by those in power and people will be forced to break the law to eat.

It will probably be used to ratchet up the tyranny and put armed police or troops on the street to stop 'looting'. Problem, reaction, solution.

They could try but I doubt there would be enough police or troops right now to cover ten big cities.

The self declared medical exemption is exactly the same as was for masks

its the governments loophole so they cannot be sued

you self declare yourself as exempt without proof needed to show

states that on the site

tottenham have stated this too for the health pass bs for their football match

lots on Twitter about it

When I went to Costa Rica from Peru just prior the scamdemic, I too got an exemption for reaction to vaccines from the travel DR in the UK. Wasn't asked for proof or anything like that. I'm hoping, in the fine print as with the masks, this maybe one option going forwards.

"Your customers may declare a medical exemption directly with you. You and your staff should not ask for evidence of the exemption." Interesting.

Definitely. This bit is what makes me think it's likely to change.

"A digital solution is being developed which will enable individuals with a medical exemption to show their COVID-19 status using the NHS COVID Pass. In the interim, please follow the advice below."

Perhaps this was to do with checking peoples vaccination papers before they entered the turnstile ?
