'Just to remind you, face coverings must continue to be worn in all communal areas and teaching spaces, but can be removed whilst you are at your desk. Please make sure you continue to take two tests over a seven day period to ensure you are negative when coming into work and if you have not already been able to get a vaccine, please make sure that you can get one as soon as possible.' If anything is said verbally ask them to either put it in writing or in an email so you can take time to read through it and not have to make any rash desicions (that way you have a copy of everything) Keep this information and back it up. Something tells me in years to come people/employees will be held to account for their actions and compensation will have to be awarded. CosmoGenesis Posted July 17, 2021 Share Posted July 17, 2021 Mine sent an email last week asking for us to declare whether we are vaccinated or not so it can go on our file. Quite shocking medical apartheid language used 'As you will be aware the vaccinated will be able to do things the unvaccinated cant' I have refused to answer as its none of their business. At the same time we had a long email from the company MD telling us to continue wearing masks and if you dont you will be reprimanded. I am exempt as they cause me severe alarm and distress so they have continued to let me not have to wear one.
