If I check my dining room temperature for the entire month of June 2022 with the thermometer placed in the middle of the room I would have to have the thermometer in the exact location for June 2023 for the comparison to be fair. If, in June 2023, I place the thermometer next to the radiator, which i have turned on, then the results aren’t comparable. Actually, even the govt stats don't support that. The average of weather stations for the current month is less than one degree more for 2023 than 1976, but 1976 had more "very" hot days. Plus, there is a difference in urban heat effect near many weather stations and also in the recording equipment - now often automatically read rather than relying on visual readings by a person. AND going by calendar month is misleading - the 2023 "heat wave" got going nearer the beginning of the month and now it is wet and quite cool. In 1976, it had just about got going by late June and continued. We though it was great back then - because we were about to have a new ice age. Now it's a bad thing because we are burning up instead. It's all bollocks, bad statistical interpretation and bad science. Yeah just like I don't remember the media making a fuss about the - was it 6 weeks on the bounce - solid hot weather and blue skies - that was engineered, or allowed to happen naturally - so that many people felt lucky to be off work - and made the most of their 3 weeks forced 'holiday' in the garden ... Some people say the weather was better because the flights had stopped. Plays nicely into the climate change script. Didn’t dolphins appear in certain rivers around Europe for that period as well? Or did I dream that…. What I remember most is that despite hardly any planes taking off the amount of chemtrails remained consistent. Amazing really, on the one hand they say that it would take decades for the earth to get back to ‘normal’ even if we go total net zero tomorrow….
