how to avoid hotel quarantine uk - travel to dubai and back to uk

what the are the options i have to avoid hotel quarantine...

is there a transit country i could travel to/from? to avoid hotel quarantine

can i even get to dubai for a 'family emergency' in the first instance?

No. I live in the UAE. You've got no chance.

 

You could perhaps try to get a flight from Dubai to Scotland.... but I've heard the rules are the same, but I don't know, you need to research that yourself.

 

That said I know someone who flew from Dubai then to Greece and from Greece to UK to avoid quarantine, but that was in Minecraft, I wouldn't encourage any such acts in real life.

You can fly out (I assume) but avoiding quarantine is the other issue.

My question asked " From where exactly?"  As in... where in the UK will he be arriving back to? As with USA and Canada...there could be ways around transitioning from place to place - and getting to South America... maybe similar in Middle East..........anyway my question was to the original poster...

It makes no difference from where. You could always fly to a totally different place in the UK and take the train. 

 

Why don't you OP check out the options of flying to Scotland to see if that works. But I think they'll be wise to it and will have closed that loophole to be honesst.

I didnt say it made a difference from where! What I asked the OP was simply 'from where?' It actually may make a difference if they were going from UK to somewhere and then to somewhere else... Maybe next time allow someone to answer and then allow the questioner to follow up. But since you think you have all the answers.... maybe provide a good one....if possible!

Here is the latest update for Dubai (UAE)... looks like a PCR test before you go...and one when you arrive. If you get a (fake) positive test on arrival you will be expected to isolate. I imagine if you have family there and the situation is an emergency you will be allowed in. 

 

There are a few countries not quarantining.... there are more country info than this....ill find if youd like them:

I don't think flying out is the problem, it's the getting back without having to spend two weeks in a government prison masquerading as a hotel and you being asked to foot the bill.
