JackJohnson
Where's the news coverage on this, I wonder. This looks like a hellish intertwinement of corporation and goverment power. A legitimately scary development. Quote All of your chat conversations and emails will be automatically searched for suspicious content. Nothing remains confidential or secret. There is no requirement of a court order or an initial suspicion for searching your messages. It occurs always and automatically. If an algorithms classifies the content of a message as suspicious, your private or intimate photos may be viewed by staff and contractors of international corporations and police authorities. Also your private nude photos may be looked at by people not known to you, in whose hands your photos are not safe. Flirts and sexting may be read by staff and contractors of international corporations and police authorities, because text recognition filters looking for “child grooming” frequently falsely flag intimate chats. You can falsely be reported and investigated for allegedly disseminating child sexual exploitation material. Messaging and chat control algorithms are known to flag completely legal vacation photos of children on a beach, for example. According to Swiss federal police authorities, 86% of all machine-generated reports turn out to be without merit. 40% of all criminal investigation procedures initiated in Germany for “child pornography” target minors. Messaging and Chat Control – Patrick Breyer (patrick-breyer.de) It is an important subject indeed, but im sure that whatever and whenever there is a news article about something that will affect people in those ways in terms of Them mentioning about ''implementing the related Law'' it means or always means that those subject matters have already been done and breached / infringed on, with Everyone's knowledge's absence in the 'On position'. Just like the FB scandal a while back etc etc..... Unfortunately They will always do what they want and whenever they feel like, the passing on or implementation of rules is always at most a sign that whatever they are claiming to be making ''Law'' has already been ''road tested'' to the core... Daithi
I'm 100% sure that these bullshit text scanning algorithms will have been developed and maintained by coder slaves to a poor standard of quality assurance. Many EU sheepy peeps will be subject to the distressing harassment of being accused of being a paedo. Some will even end up in prison. If your level of awareness never steps outside of MSM, if you're still using an EU sanctioned and approved messaging platform that will implement this "AI" bollocks, then in a peverse sense you deserve what you get IMHO. Wake up or suffer the consequences.
