After defeating her Conservative rival by just 323 votes, she said constituents had "rejected division" and "voted for hope". It means she will now represent the seat previously held by her sister Jo Cox, who was murdered there in 2016. The result will ease pressure on Labour leader Keir Starmer after recent election defeats for his party. Ms Leadbeater said the "vast majority" of her conversations with voters during the campaign were about local rather than national issues. Asked on BBC Breakfast whether Sir Keir had been an asset or a problem, she said: "The focus of the campaign was very much listening to local people." The campaign in West Yorkshire was marred by acrimony, personal abuse and allegations of dirty tricks. bamboozooka Posted July 3, 2021 Share Posted July 3, 2021 i like richard d halls videos on this. he believes she was murdered, but not by who the fake media say but being 1 week before the brexit vote it smells of a ff should the family be more upset? richard d halls says the family wasnt close hence the lack of emotion. Never bought into the idea of the murder relating to the panama papers. The family were actors and the coxs didn't exist. Chris Spivey did some work on exposing it, however the work has gone. (I know he is not liked much on here) The fake smiles and the faking crying are the give away. Leadbetter was also thowing 666 hand symbols at the end of the funeral.
