However now they have a limitless horizon of Western science to inflict untold horrors and cruelties on the animals of planet Earth. Unleashing China on the world is a disaster for every form of life which isn't Chinese. Not having a dig at the Chinese, they are what they are, but they are not known as a compassionate people and I think they had reached a naturally ordained limit of development which was in relative harmony with their environment. Westernising China and giving them all our science and technology will probably be the worst thing the You-Know-Who's ever did. Basically like giving a child a loaded gun.
