I don't have an issue with them being majority black if they're known for being good athletes, but people shouldn't hold back whites and Asians in fields we're good at.

If they were all white girls there would be screams of the WAYCISMS and  'Far right' just as there were with the Italian football team.

But nothing can be too black it seems.

Nobody accuses the Ghana football team of being too black do they?

Yeah...in the 80s we had Coe, Ovett, Cram and the tall sprinter...Alan Wells (?) I think. Yet also Daley Thompson, Tessa Sanderson etc. It was a meritocracy.

Nothing wrong with having a few black athletes in British sport, it's when they try to start a race war like all these fuckers are doing now when it becomes a problem,

The black athletes in the past seemed pleased and proud to be in the position they were in.

Those now seem resentful and looking for some way to get one over on the majority white country which allowed them to rise to that position in the first place.

Basically they act like state sponsored subversives and revolutionaries.

Which is what they really are. They're using sport as a camouflage.

That's cynical and sinister and it can fuck off.

Spot on.

I feel like football is worse for the shenanigans because it's not just about speed and dribbling, it's also very tactical and strategic, something white people are good at. It looks more like a blatant racial agenda when you see white erasure in football.

That's what pisses me off and exactly what I'm seeing from the black athletes jumping on the bandwagon.

Do you think that's why there is a lack of black managers?

My view is there shouldn't be any hurdles for black people to manage or go into coaching. And if there are supposed barriers it should be looked into. But have they ever considered the majority of black people might just not want to manage.? Same with referees etc.

Which is similar to the feminism debate "we want to see more female scientists" etc. Well then they should have the opportunity, but not made to feel guilty or as if they should if they decide to settle down and have kids and bring those kids up in a loving environment.

There's no denying that certain fields of expertise certain genders, races and cultures do better than others.

Take a couple of Indian lads I know they are buying up properties, they work extremely hard and it is part of their culture to have a good work ethic. It actually still is for British more than people give us credit for actually.

I don't know but it's something I have often wondered too.

If I remember correctly, there is a scene in The Pursuit of Happyness movie where Will Smith's character tells his kid that he doesn't have to limit himself to just trying be a sports star or a celebrity. That's half the issue I think, they need to take an interest in more productive things. Those that do take an interest in more productive things often get called 'Uncle Toms' too which doesn't help them prosper.

I've often wondered about the black managers thing.....are they genuinely being prevented from getting the jobs, or are they not good enough, or do only a few actually want to go that route.

Sol Campbell claims he is only offered low-ranking clubs, whereas his former white team-mates go straight in at Championship or PL or SPFL jobs. But would he be any good at a higher level? His character suggests not, but that isn't a colour/race thing. Look at Tony Adams. Once upon a time he'd have been Gunners boss a long time ago, but he ended up having to go to Baku or somewhere. Sol Campbell has a lot of confidence in himself, and that plays badly to the public. Even if he were white, people would think he was full of it. But why shouldn't he get offered a better job than Southend or Mansfield or wherever it was. It's a fair observation.

Thierry Henry? Turned out to be pretty useless, upsetting and offending people, and nearly getting Monaco relegated. He talks a good game on Sky Sports MNF. Patrik Viera has just got the Palace job after doing okay at Nice, but apparently his style of football is not easy to like. Defensive and dull.

Paul Ince made a promising start, but again upset people in the wrong places and now can't get a gig (or no longer wants to). Chris Powell failed as a No.1, but is highly regarded as a coach (and is in the current England set-up...though make of that what you will).

Then there's Emile Heskey, who's working wonders with the Leicester Women's team. Would he move into the men's game? Would anyone be interested? If not, why? Again, more questions.

As for pundits, there are a lot of crap white ones, but can we please have less Micah Richards and Ian Wright? They are big on "persona" and offer absolutely fuck-all in terms of insight. Look at Richards on that MOTD Top 10 thing...he's sitting so horizontal he's almost laying down....and just cracks lame jokes and laughs a lot...total lack of professionalism. And don't get me started on Ian fucking Wright.

But then I think Shearer is a shit pundit, so am I racist or not.

I've met Chris always came across as a likable guy dissapointed he seems to have jumped on this bandwagon to be honest.

I used to be a fan of his. Never liked his punditry. And I agree he tries to come across as Mr down to earth guy who wears his heart on his sleeve but I see through it comes across as a complete prick.

Everyone talks about Roy keane being "brutal" but to me he just talks sense. Don't approve of his thuggish style on the pitch but he was a good player.

Roy Keane cracks me up. I don't think he takes himself as seriously as people think. But he does says it like it is. Gary Nev comes across as a rather unpleasant person. Maybe because I've read about stuff he's done outside the game, and the hypocritical rubbish he comes out with at times.

Interesting that Rio Ferdinand cropped up here on the subject of some "Young World Leaders" project from the previous decade....the guy strikes the wrong note for me, always has done even as a player. Something iffy there.

I still can't believe what Southgate did.......

He tried to engineer it so that a  black guy would be seen to score the 'winning' goal and that would be the face that would be rubbed in our noses for the next fifty years.....

Lol lol lol........ you couldn't make it up.

Some of 'our guys' are saying the result we got was the best thing for us..... the alternative would have been awful.

I'll be watching the Qatar World Cup hoping England don't even make it out of the group stage so we can just enjoy some innocent harmless sport without starting a race war.

well dont worry 😃 it will go into the football Akasha Chronicles how 3 teenagers lost the football EM 2021 against Italy 😄😄😄

Roy Keane

Proper player there.

I used to see him now and again when he played for Forest.

Out on the town with the lads on a Saturday night for a few pints after the game, no security or any of that crap. Then off to the local nightclub with a scowl and a smack in the chops for anyone who tried to take the piss 😂

I guess it was just about still the game of the people back then but now they want it to be the game of woke twats instead.

Also I like Jack Grealish, that's my kind of player. Socks round the ankles a daft haircut and a crafty fag after the match before going home to shag a page three girl.

You can keep your Jordan Hendersons and your Harry Kanes, boring bastards.

Yeah I wished I wouldn't have watched the euros and invested my emotions in that final.

Couldn't make it up could you. In fact I shouldn't have watched any of it. Certainly won't be anymore and I won't support England ever again. Disgrace.

Well football is still football. They can't take that away from us.

It was a fascinating match until Gareth Racebait decided he was 'the woke messiah' and would be the man to rub our noses in three black faces for the next fifty years. We can only be grateful that God said 'fuck that' and gave the three a big healthy dose of the fuck-ups.

It's all fun and bullshit.

Don't worry about it.

Same here. I didn't watch the match live (I never do, whatever the occasion), so seeing it back with knowledge of what would happen left a bitter taste. You'll also notice that, as with the post-Semi celebrations, that little shit Sterling is nowhere to be seen when Shaw puts England ahead. It's the usual suspects....Maguire, Stones, Kane, Rice, Mount....but little Raheem is not there.

I wonder just how "integrated" that squad is. So many (white) players gave everything in that tournament, only for Southgatekeeper to pull his cunty stunt. Philips and Walker also deserve to be included in that group. No blame on any of them. No blame on Rashford, Saka or Sancho either. It's not their fault the manager did what he did. But I will never watch England again until that man is gone.
