The End the Vaccine Carveout Act was introduced in Congress on July 23 by Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), aiming to remove liability protections for vaccine manufacturers and potentially expose them to numerous lawsuits over alleged injuries.
The bill seeks to amend the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which currently shields manufacturers from most vaccine injury lawsuits. This act was originally enacted to ensure a stable vaccine supply by limiting manufacturers’ liability.
The proposed legislation would allow individuals to bypass the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program and file civil suits directly against manufacturers in state or federal court. This change would eliminate the current requirement for claimants to exhaust administrative remedies before seeking judicial relief.
Supporters argue that the bill will increase accountability by allowing injured individuals to seek legal justice and compensation. Opponents, including industry analysts, warn that it could lead to increased litigation costs, potential disruptions in vaccine production and reduced public health outcomes.
The bill’s introduction comes amid scrutiny of public confidence in vaccines, particularly following the COVID-19 pandemic.

The bill seeks to amend the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, which currently shields manufacturers from most lawsuits related to vaccine injuries. The legislation was enacted to ensure a stable vaccine supply by limiting manufacturers’ liability. Under this law, individuals who believe they have been injured by a vaccine must first file a petition with the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP). This program, however, has faced criticism for its lengthy backlog, with judgments often taking years to be rendered.

The new bill would allow individuals to bypass the VICP and file civil suits directly against manufacturers in state or federal court. This change could significantly alter the legal landscape, as it would remove the current requirement for claimants to exhaust administrative remedies before seeking judicial relief.

Gosar argues that the existing liability protections unfairly shield pharmaceutical companies from accountability.

“Current immunity provisions unfairly shielding Big Pharma from the harms caused by their products prevent those injured by vaccines from pursuing a civil lawsuit,” Gosar stated on July 24. He emphasized that the bill would “put patients over profits” by allowing injured individuals to seek legal justice and compensation.

The National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act was a response to a crisis in the 1980s when several lawsuits against vaccine manufacturers threatened to cause vaccine shortages and reduce vaccination rates. The legislation was designed to balance the need for vaccine safety with the necessity of maintaining a robust vaccine supply.

The act established the VICP, a no-fault alternative to traditional tort litigation, to provide compensation to individuals injured by certain vaccines. The program has paid out billions of dollars in compensation since its inception, but critics argue that it is not sufficiently accessible or timely.

The BBC drama series Years And Years was an example of what was to come if we integrate with AI.

This subject is not directly related but it is another attack on the immune system and it is something I did consider a couple of times in my life but I was too lazy to do anything about it thank God. I always wondered what happened to the sperm.

After a vasectomy, the natural duct for sperm is closed off. The testicles continue to produce 50,000 sperm per minute. The sperm build up pressure in the epididymis of the testicles, which eventually ruptures from pressure. Research shows as high as 33% of patients experience long term post vasectomy pain. What happens to all those sperm cells?
 
This is where the immune response comes in. The sperm are still produced & still burst out, but now they have nowhere to go except into the bloodstream, where they were never intended to be. Certain organs – including the testes & the brain – exist in what is the equivalent of a gated community in the body.
 
Tiny tubes within the testes (in which sperm are produced) are protected by a physical barrier of Sertoli cells. The tight connections between these cells prevent blood-borne infections & poisonous molecules from entering the semen. After a vasectomy, however, the protective barrier is broken & semen mixes into the bloodstream. The immune system recognizes the sperm as invading foreign agents & produces anti-sperm antibodies in 70% of men.
 
Sperm cells are naturally active & have very strong enzymes. This is why a man’s body has a strong layer of tissue known as the Blood-Testis Barrier (BTB). Vasectomy ruptures this barrier. A man’s immune system sees the sperm as an infection that needs to be addressed, resulting in an immune response that’s never ending. The body quickly (within 3-4 days) makes antisperm antibodies to attack his own cells.
 
This assault is not just confined to the sperm themselves, but affects other cells & tissues as well. There’s no way to predict exactly what the reaction will be, but it is known that 75% or more of post vasectomy men will begin to produce these antisperm antibodies, leading to autoimmune disease pathology in almost 70%.

As far as I’m concerned he can be ‘’Epsteined’’ any f’n day, sooner the better and I would probably go to his wake so I can piss on his casket… just like the other parasites still roaming this planet.

Like most of us said, plandemic 2020 was a test run, and the next one will be where the real fun starts. It's scary just how slick this will probably be rolled out, and how they will use technology to implement their plans. 

 

But due to the implantables already in people from the last time, they are part of a hive mind now and they will go along with it. Which is why I won't be trying to say anything this time and even make out I am on board with it if need be.

 

If they are meant to break free, they will have to do so themselves, any attempt on our part is the classic pearls before swine.

Yep. Those who are dead set on doing as they are told are best left to their own devices. Any attempt at correction will see them turn and bite you. 

 

They will be hardcore in their hatred of the 'antivaxer' to the point of having no qualms about killing you, much like conscientious objectors were murdered during the two world wars.
