Incontinentia_Buttux
Flicking through the news quickly this morning I noticed the ticker tape say "Boris will take whatever measures necessary to prevent the spread of the Indian variant in the UK".... My prediction: the next lockdown will be coming soon but it will only affect the areas with large ethnic communities, that is, the poorest areas of the country, allowing the rich to go back to normality and the poor to be enslaved further! Doubt that. I think it will be the entire country again until everyone has been sterilzed or dead.
Grumpy Owl
The timing is almost impeccable (and deliberate), peoples' hopes have been rising as we move closer to the 'promised land' date of June 21st, and it looks like they are going to get horribly dashed, right at the last minute... Lockdown easing on Monday May 17 could spark hospital wave 'bigger than previous peaks', SAGE warns The planned lockdown lift on Monday May 17 could cause "a substantial resurgence" in hospital admissions. The Scientific Advisory Group for Emergencies has warned the Indian variant could be 50 per cent more transmissable than the Kent one. The group said that if higher levels of transmissibility are confirmed, moving to step three on Monday could "lead to a substantial resurgence of hospitalisations (similar to, or larger than, previous peaks)". Boris Johnson said the Indian variant yesterday could pose a "serious disruption to our progress" coming out of lockdown. Data from Public Health England (PHE) published on Thursday shows a steep rise in cases associated with B1617.2, which has been designated as a "variant of concern", from 520 last week to 1,313. Sir Mark Walport, member of the Scientific Advisory Group for emergencies (Sage), said the race between the spread of coronavirus and the vaccination rollout had "intensified", following rising numbers of the Indian variant. "I think the Prime Minister is right to be very concerned with what's going on," he told BBC Breakfast. "The race between the virus and the vaccination has just intensified and there is a high degree of scientific confidence that this new variant is up to 50% more transmissible than the previous B117 variant. From: https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/lockdown-easing-monday-17-could-20604098 Cases are (supposedly) rising, but no mention of how many of these 'cases' are people who've actually become sick or hospitalised. SAGE and their fearmongering 'warnings' and models can fuck right off. 3
Foggy Dewhurst
Right on cue, raise the expectation for Summer Solstice, then drop the hammer and feast on the collective anger and dismay. The remaining sleepers will doubtlessly either wake up screaming or blame the non-muzzled,non-jabberwocked as 'they' intend. Divide by race (Indian variant ok,China virus racist) Divide by ignorance (bbc and the sun asswipe = troof;too frigging lazy to question anything no matter how contradictory) Uk Gubmint should be rebranded to: "Gaslighters R Us"

Well daily 'cases' in the UK (to the 14th May inc) do not look as if they have risen: https://ourworldindata.org/covid-cases And hospitalised people in the UK due to covid (to the 11th May inc) also do not seem to have risen! https://ourworldindata.org/covid-hospitalizations

Mr M
There are almost certainly rising numbers of people becoming sick or hospitalised, UK Column commented on this fact in a recent broadcast. A relative of mine recently had to attend hospital due to breathing difficulties, this happened a day after their 2nd dose of the vaccine. However. they didn't test them for Covid as they apparently didn't fit the 'profile' for the disease and no mention of the vaccine was made by the staff. My feeling is many of the sick will be suffering possible acute or chronic vaccine side-effects plus over a year of fear-and-doom propaganda and lack of normal health care for those suffering from other illness and disease. They won't be testing the vaccinated for Covid, it would raise far too many questions if lots of them started falling ill or dying despite their 'protected' status. After a few months they may start blaming a variant or 'Covid-21' for these rising numbers and the unvaccinated will likely be made scapegoats.
Foggy Dewhurst
Anyone else notice this? The week before an advertised day of protest,it all goes quiet on the next lockdown front. Once the protest is past, ignored by bbc and cohorts, the next week a slight ratcheting up commences. A similar thing happened just before the 'selections'. My guess is they are torn..they are wetting themselves to blame the 'variant' and move the agenda forward,but.... Too many people are ready to wake up if they strike too soon. Yet leaving it till September they lose momentum without some way of keeping the idea high profile. Watch This Space....

They'll be ratcheting it up in time for the kids to go back after the summer holidays, as an excuse to get the parents to give them the Death Jabs, save the hypochondriac teachers, keep schools open, do their civil duty. Did you see Jeremy cunt on Tuesday, scripted to ask all innocently about giving children the death jab, with Nadhim Zahawi salivating at the very idea. https://www.facebook.com/jeremyhuntsws/videos/790276451875347 Not everyone agrees: https://www.express.co.uk/news/politics/1441593/Jeremy-Hunt-children-vaccine-Julia-Hartley-Brewer-Talkradio-Schools-Latest-News-Video-VN
Foggy Dewhurst
I told a Covidian relative they were already laying the groundwork for the next one back in April when I saw the Indian variant lurking in the background. Maybe they sit around and take turns picking the next name.Maybe Missy Hancock said "We can't call it Chinese, done that got called racist" then Bodger said "Whaaaaa I say I do like a Chinese......ahm........Meal.........harumph.......almost as much as an Indian!" "That's it" said Chris Witlessly "and after that we can have a Nando's Variant!"
