The same way that hordes of people believe in the Covid vaccine, the lockdowns, social distancing and the wearing of face masks - so no hope for the future if left to the sleeping majority. I have never heard of a book being banned in the UK before. Even 'Lady Chatterley's Lover' was allowed to be printed after a court case. Is there a precedent for this? When you put it all together, then it is nigh on a certainty that is what happened. It was all just a big tragedy. Too much water under the bridge for any backtracking to be done now though. I don't hate the McCanns. I only wish that this story could be allowed to be dropped, without the need for any cops involved to go after a blatantly innocent party.
