Yes, I've read stuff before about what the BBC get up to in those countries - I think they call it 'BBC Media Matters' (?) and its supposedly all about 'training' journalists, but is rather more about producing propaganda in order to stir up divisions and incite 'peaceful revolutions'.

 

As for 'creating these scenes', if you haven't already, just watch the opening intro of Richard Hall's "Manchester: The Night Of The Bang" documentary:

Yes I watched the Rich planet documentary not long after it came out. I sent it on to a few people and I got response back such as, what is it about? Is it saying it supposed to be fake? Couldn't be bothered watching it, I know someone who knows someone whose dog groomers daughter knows someone who was there so it must have happened.

 

The fake dad at about 10 minutes in I found interesting.
