That's an excelent question EW ....

How would we explain that term if your mum asked "what's the NWO?"

I would say the NWO is the structure being set up to falicitate easy and effective management of the world ...

At the moment there are hundreds of different countries , all with their different leaders , all with different laws and regulations ... it's a nightmare for the would be controllers to control .. so they set about settting up unification ... European countries would unify under the EU .. all have the same regulations , one EU parliament ...

Likewise Asian countries are unified under ASEAN 14 different countries Thailand , Philippiens , Vietnam etc ... trying to harmonise with the same regulations , no import restrictions , one parliament ...

The Americas have their union I forget it's name .... I think there are 5 different groups for the whole world . And finally these 5 groups will all be unified under one leader ..

That was the plan anyway ... But it's really got nowhere .

So the controllers wanted the whole world under one legislative control so when the ET's arrive (reveal themselves) .. they will say "we can help solve all your problems , end wars bring you advanced technology , but we must direct things " ... and the structure for this is already inplace for this NWO ..

But as I say the illuminati have failed miserably in getting the world ready for this NWO.

Russia? .. it's just one insignificant country ... the illuminati trying to establish this NWO are mostly in the West , they are the illuminati , the 13 families outlined by Fritz Springmier

Elites hate the West and they're destroying it.

And no offense, but wasn't you doing damage control for Bojo at one point? Why should I take you seriously now?

"The goal was to create actual acts of terrorism, both from the Left and the Right, that would further polarise and destabilise Western societies."

Straight from the KGB playbook.

I can't read the foreign article in the link EW, but the fact that the banner in the photo is in English (which they often are) tells us who the intended audience is. So presumably this all about NATO's expansion into Sweden etc which Turkey has been blocking?

My simplistic understanding of Russian politics is that, because they've got such long land borders with other countries they're naturally paranoid about invasions and therefore try to manipulate their neighbours into being either allies (if they're powerful) or puppets (if they're not). As a buffer against being invaded. So Ukraine becoming westernised sets off an anxiety attack which they try to slap down. This goes back centuries and wasn't originally a communist vs capitalist thing, though it's got complicated by "communist" involvement. They want to protect and extend their empire - contries as large as Russia, China, India, USA etc aren't really nations at all because they're a big collection of ethnicities under central control. Ie empires.

Happy to be corrected though.

No need to be corrected, it seems pretty spot on. They constantly make their citizens paranoid by telling them that Russia is under threat.

World Bank caught funneling cash to sanctioned Chinese companies tied to the CCP, human rights abuses

May 13, 2023

The moneychangers over at the World Bank have been actively funding communist China’s military and human rights abuses, a new federal review of contracts has shown.

The U.S Government Accountability Office (GAO) published a report showing that the World Bank funneled $25 million in 2021 to various Chinese companies that are on the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions lists, meaning nobody is supposed to be doing business with them.

Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps., for instance, received $7.1 million from the World Bank in 2021 for being a “state-run paramilitary corporate conglomerate” that is “involved in a pervasive program of egregious rights violations that [affect] the most marginalized people in the Uyghur Region,” explains another report by the Helena Kennedy Centre at the United Kingdom’s Sheffield Hallam University.

The GAO report says that these and other findings could “raise national security or foreign policy concerns for the U.S.,” as well as raise new questions about the role of the U.S. as the top financial contributor to the World Bank, which appears to be very closely aligned with communist China.

BREAKING: Chinese Donors To UPenn Biden Center Have Ties To Hunter’s Dealings And CCP

May 16, 2023Updated:May 16, 2023

New details have emerged about the identities and associations of Chinese donors to President Joe Biden’s namesake policy center at the University of Pennsylvania, including previously unreported levels of large donations given during and after the president’s successful 2020 campaign.

Records obtained by Americans for Public Trust and reported by Fox News show the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement received $105 million from Chinese donors, some of whom are linked to the country’s communist government or previous business dealings by Hunter Biden, the president’s embattled son.

“On the heels of learning that the Biden family received millions of dollars from foreign entities, this latest revelation raises further questions about the scope of President Biden’s ties to China,” Caitlin Sutherland, executive director of Americans for Public Trust, told Fox News Digital.

The massive largesse, nearly twice what was originally known, deepens the scrutiny of President Biden’s relationships with overseas contributors who may have sought influence ahead of the election by making six-figure donations to the Biden think tank. Among the contributors are Cathay Fortune, a private equity group that previously worked with Hunter Biden and Chinese business associates to purchase a cobalt mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo in 2016. Hunter Biden sat on the group’s board and owned 30 percent of the company in partnership with several other Americans.

Other records obtained showed that an executive with Chinese company China Molybdenum, now controlled by Cathay Fortune under the name CMOC Group Limited, contributed $100,000 to the university in 2020. Ma Weihua, a former associate of the Chinese Entrepreneur Club, pushed millions to the university between 2018 and 2019 after Devon Archer, a Hunter Biden business partner, arranged their meeting with then-Vice President Biden.

One individual with ties to the Chinese Communist Party gave $14.5 million to the university between 2019 and 2020, when Biden was campaigning for president. Chu Mang Yee, a real estate mogul and owner of Hopson Education Charitable Funds Limited (HECFL), is a former communist party official.

Since taking control of Congress, House Republicans have searched for evidence that President Biden and his family peddled influence to overseas companies that may have been trying to access political avenues in the United States.

Russia’s Cyber Gulag: Tracking And Controlling Citizens

Posted By: Dasha Litvinova via AP

Russia was historically slow in uptake of total surveillance technology, but they are racing to catch up, partly because of the war in Ukraine and partly because its propaganda engine is wearing thin with its populace. Russia’s tightening relationship with China also signals a transfer of technology and Technocratic strategies to implement it.⁃ TN Editor

When Yekaterina Maksimova can’t afford to be late, the journalist and activist avoids taking the Moscow subway, even though it’s probably the most efficient route.

That’s because she’s been detained five times in the past year, thanks to the system’s pervasive security cameras with facial recognition. She says police would tell her the cameras “reacted” to her — although they often seemed not to understand why, and would let her go after a few hours.

“It seems like I’m in some kind of a database,” says Maksimova, who was previously arrested twice: in 2019 after taking part in a demonstration in Moscow and in 2020 over her environmental activism.

For many Russians like her, it has become increasingly hard to evade the scrutiny of the authorities, with the government actively monitoring social media accounts and using surveillance cameras against activists.

Even an online platform once praised by users for easily navigating bureaucratic tasks is being used as a tool of control: Authorities plan to use it to serve military summonses, thus thwarting a popular tactic by draft evaders of avoiding being handed the military recruitment paperwork in person.

Rights advocates say that Russia under President Vladimir Putin has harnessed digital technology to track, censor and control the population, building what some call a “cyber gulag” — a dark reference to the labor camps that held political prisoners in Soviet times.

It’s new territory, even for a nation with a long history of spying on its citizens.

“The Kremlin has indeed become the beneficiary of digitalization and is using all opportunities for state propaganda, for surveilling people, for de-anonymizing internet users,” said Sarkis Darbinyan, head of legal practice at Roskomsvoboda, a Russian internet freedom group the Kremlin deems a “foreign agent.”

The Kremlin’s seeming indifference about digital monitoring appeared to change after 2011-12 mass protests were coordinated online, prompting authorities to tighten internet controls.

Some regulations allowed them to block websites; others mandated that cellphone operators and internet providers store call records and messages, sharing the information with security services if needed. Authorities pressured companies like Google, Apple and Facebook to store user data on Russian servers, to no avail, and announced plans to build a “sovereign internet” that could be cut off from the rest of the world.

Many experts initially dismissed these efforts as futile, and some still seem ineffective. Russia’s measures might amount to a picket fence compared to China’s Great Firewall, but the Kremlin online crackdown has gained momentum.

Translation:
Are the authorities pushing people to divorce in order to receive payments for children in poverty?
'In absolute terms, it's even more beautiful: for the first time in the history of Russia (and in world history) there are more divorces than marriages. That is, the countdown has begun. The causal relationship here is very simple: social payments (benefits and social contracts) and benefits ( mortgages) are made on the basis of a means test and assistance to single mothers. Accordingly, it is more profitable for families to dissolve a marriage in order to obtain the correct means test," the expert wrote.'

Maybe have a look into some of Fitz's earlier writing and you'll notice that he didn't even talk about Russia that much years ago. We didn't start out with preconceived opinions.

Can't really be arsed anymore. Just leaving this here for posterity, for folks that think we have an unhealthy obsession with Russia:

CIA Head Took ‘Secret’ Trip to Beijing

by Will Porter | Jun 3, 2023

CIA Director William Burns held “clandestine” meetings with Chinese intel agencies during an unannounced trip to Beijing last month, US officials told the Financial Times, suggesting the visit was intended to “stabilize” deteriorating relations with the People’s Republic.

Burns had no formal diplomatic engagements in China and “only met intelligence officials” for talks in May, FT reported on Friday, citing five unnamed sources familiar with the trip. Reuters, the Wall Street Journal, CBS and other agencies later confirmed the report, but offered few additional details.

“Last month, director Burns traveled to Beijing where he met with Chinese counterparts and emphasized the importance of maintaining open lines of communications in intelligence channels,” a US official said in a statement to FT and several other outlets.

The sources did not say what was discussed during the meetings, which mark the Joe Biden administration’s highest-level visit to China since outgoing State Department deputy Wendy Sherman traveled to Tianjin in 2021.

A career diplomat, Burns is seen as a “trusted interlocutor” by the PRC, according to former senior White House official Paul Haenle, who worked on China policy during his time in government. “They would welcome the opportunity to engage him quietly behind the scenes. They will see a quiet, discreet engagement with Burns as a perfect opportunity,” he told the Financial Times.

Burns’ trip took place around the same time that US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan met with one of China’s top foreign policy officials, ex-Foreign Minister Wang Yi. The White House did not announce those talks beforehand, but later said the two sides had “candid, substantive, and constructive discussions on key issues,” including Taiwan.

The meetings come as Washington aims to kickstart dialogue with Beijing, which has been hesitant to engage amid a litany of hostile US policies in recent months. Though President Biden voiced hopes for a thaw in relations in May, Chinese officials appear less eager, rebuffing a request for a top-level meeting with Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin in Singapore this week.
