Køvíd & the decline of the West

'Modeste: The culture of what I call nowadays “the Historical West” (one might also say: the White World) is indeed over, and I have reasons to think that even its physical existence might now be at risk.'

"I am absolutely positive that Russia, as one of the leaders in responsible global regulation, must play a central role in determining new forms of co-existence in the era of the fourth industrial revolution,” Mr. Schwab added.

Beware The Church of The Red Beast

God is not a God of war and fighting. Make war and fighting to cease, both that which is against him, and that which is against your neighbor. Be at peace with all people, consider with what character God saves you. - St. John Chrysostom
At an Orthodox Church I've been attending here in my city, after the liturgy, we went for coffee in the amenity room. I wasn't completely surprised to discover that some members of that community who were sitting at my table, openly claimed to be in support of communism and militant Orthodoxy.
I had one guy across from me saying that Orthodox are warriors and in Russia it's considered a type of protection when military jets painted with Orthodox icons patrol the skies. He went on to say that not all angels are peacemakers, and that we must destroy the demons, that we've had saints in our Church who were warriors, and so on, and so on.
Now either he was pulling my leg or he actually believes that propaganda. I, on the other hand, completely disagree with weaponizing Christianity.
History has shown us in the past how dangerous that can be. But each one of us has the free will to choose our own path.
Check out some of the disturbing images I found online:
"A nuclear priesthood has arisen in Russia. From portable churches to the consecration of weapons systems, the Russian Orthodox Church has been integrated into every facet of the armed forces to become a vital part of Russian national security, politics, and identity. This extraordinary intertwining of church and military is nowhere more visible than in the nuclear weapons community, where the priesthood has penetrated all levels of command and the Church has positioned itself as a guardian of the state's nuclear potential. Russian Nuclear Orthodoxy considers how, since the Soviet collapse in 1991, the Church has worked its way into the nuclear forces, the most significant wing of one of the world's most powerful military organizations."
"Dmitry Adamsky describes how the Orthodox faith has merged with Russian national identity as the Church continues to expand its influence on foreign and domestic politics. The Church both legitimizes and influences Moscow's assertive national security strategy in the twenty-first century. This book sheds light on the role of faith in modern militaries and highlights the implications of this phenomenon for international security. Ultimately, Russian Nuclear Orthodoxy interrogates the implications of the confluence of religion and security for other members of the nuclear club, beyond Russia."
Orthodox Icons of The Archangel Michael and St. George painted on Russian fighter jets.
Why is there an Orthodox Cross painted on a Russian missile?

Watch this Gregory Decapolite documentary titled ...sons of those who murdered the Prophets. (A 3 part pictorial and video documentary)
It's about the Stalinist  cult of personality currently infecting the Orthodox Church in Russia.

From The Church of The Red Beast ☭ to Putin's Orthodoxy
Has the Neo-Russian Orthodox Church been infiltrated and influenced by Occultists?
Alexsandr Dugin is but one example of influential people who appears to have had an interest in the occult. How many more people, both men and women are like him on the political and religious stage, yet still remain hidden?
John 14:6 “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” King James Version (KJV)
So who is Alexsandr Dugin
Although there is no certainty whether Putin's advisor still explores these esoteric practices, his influence in Russian geopolitics and Church affairs however is unquestionable. Should this be of concern to Orthodox Christians? It seems Dugin could either be fusing occultism with Orthodoxy, or he's using occultism to influence and control aspects of the Church and the Orthodox community. If so this is nothing new as many cults and sects existed in Orthodox circles over the centuries.

Members of various Spiritual Christian sects have evolved from Eastern Christianity.
"Among the sects considered to practice Spiritual Christianity are the DoukhoborsMaksimistyMolokansSubbotniksPryguny (Jumpers), Khlysts,[2] Skoptsy,[2] Ikonobortsy (Icon-fighters, "Iconoclasts") and Zhidovstvuyushchiye (Жидовствующие: Judaizers). These sects often have radically different notions of "spirituality" and practices.
I pray that our Good God The Holy Trinity doesn't fault me with these observations on my part.

Before this video is removed from YouTube, listen to what Alexsandr Dugin had to say back in the 1990's. Assuming this translations is accurate and the video is not a deep fake, was Dugin just reading something aloud, or is this video a type of spiritual trap so that people who watch it will bear false witness against this man and judge him?
Keep in mind with all the fake news circulating on the Internet, I can't confirm whether the links below are legitimate and truthful. You'll have to discern for yourself.

"Spiritual struggles refer to conflicts over spiritual matters with God/Higher Power, within oneself, and with other people. These conflicts generate distressing emotions and questions about one's spiritual journey in life."

by St. Paisios the Athonite –

If Christians don’t begin to witness their faith, to resist evil, then the destroyers will become even more insolent. But today’s Christians are no warriors. If the Church keeps silent, to avoid conflict with the government, if the metropolitans are silent, if the monks hold their peace, then who will speak up?

Apr 12, 2022  - It's not a secret that KGB agents were working as priests when churches became legalised in USSR.
It's not a secret that they still do the same with the FSB.
Welcome to the Russian Orthodox Church. It's surely presented in your country too.

On Gratitude

What stops us from being thankful in our lives and why don't we do this more often?

When you ask yourself these questions, listen carefully to the little voice in your head, what does it say? Did the little voice whisper some truth to you. did it whisper lies, or it couldn't be bothered to answer?
In this video, Met. Athanasios shows us the key that attracts the grace of God: thankfulness. This is wisdom that comes from the spiritual experience of the Elders of Mount Athos.
I met a few years ago in Russia an elderly priest who had spent 36 years in prisons and concentration camps. He sat opposite me with eyes shining with joy and gratitude and he said, “Do you realise, can you imagine, how infinitely good God had been to me?
The Soviet ☭ authorities did not allow a priest either into prisons or into camps; and He chooses me, a young, inexperienced priest and sends me first to prison and then to camp to look after his lost sheep.”
There was nothing in him but gratitude and joy. And that joy, that kind of gratitude against the history of his life was truly an outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The martyrs were frail, as frail as we were, but they abandoned themselves to God and they lived and died in the power of the Spirit. We need that strength.

Disclaimer - Please don't assume all the information in this post is valid. These are just my own observations.
While I was watching a new film starring Sylvester Stallone, something caught my attention.
Notice the poster below represents a mirrored image
The symbol depicted in the picture below is associated with the villain Nemesis from the film
Notice any similarities with the symbol used by the Ukrainian Azov Battalion?
Is Hollywood trying to send Russians and Ukrainians a message?
Ephesians 6:12 - For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
The Coat of arms of Russia may have to do with Ancient Origins predating Byzantium. How a Two Headed Bird of Prey Ruled Ancient Mesopotamia and Hatti double headed eagle ancient

Bible Verses About Spiritual Authority

Luke 10:19 - Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
  1. Why hasn't the Orthodox clergy addressed this problem?
  2. Are they even aware of what's happening?

The Black Sun is an occult symbol, and a symbol used in far-right nationalist or neo-Nazi groups.

Coat of Arms - Ukrainian Trident

Did Saint Augustine say this?

"Without their knowledge, have Russians and Ukrainians been part of a ritual occult sacrifice, through violent conflict as an offering of sin to satan?"

Nowadays many ethnic nationalist groups tend to gravitate towards the pagan belief systems of their ancestors, while others identify as Christians.
Although communist/marxists ☭ seem to be more secular and atheistic, they too have their part to play in this hypocrisy.
Behind closed doors, both members of the far right and the far left appear to dabble in the occult.
Have angelic and demonic forces infiltrated all levels of government and religious institutions?
Many secret societies could be involved, and some appear to be at odds with each other.
In Russia and Ukraine are other faiths like Islam, or Buddhism weaponized as Orthodox Christianity currently is?
The obvious answer is to obtain wealth, influence, and power. However, the people or unseen forces pulling the strings, already have all the wealth, influence, and power they need.
So why all the chaos and destruction?
Because they're after Christ,
They've always been after Christ!

These demonic puppet masters infiltrated the Church to manipulate and destroy it from within.
And they hurt Jesus by tricking Orthodox Christians to fight against each another.
Who or what is pulling their strings?
Do these occultists believe their wars somehow have contributed in producing the saints of the Church?
Thereby justifying their evil acts!
