I'm not sure what the answer is. I remember asking a question in the European demographics thread about whether there are any movements that promote both black and white well-being, and how it's probably needed if there isn't one. I reckon if some of us started such a movement, we would probably end up in a car "accident" or something. The PTB just want conflict. If you add their research to the noticing then it paints a pretty grim picture of where we're heading.
