Psychosis and hallucinations

When I say 'astral' I am talking about the dream/spirit realm where these beings exist in non-corporeal form.

Demons are empowered by ones feeling of guilt, fear, weakness and generally somehow being submerged in negative traits...

They can be conquered..... Jesus Christ and believing in him and invoking him can beat them, the Apostles drove demons out quite easily....

But I don't necessarily want to make this a religious topic... there are other ways to remove them... Jesus would be a good way to remove whatever fear, guilt or mental block that is causing you to remain trapped in the darkness though. Sometimes it can be just about forgiving someone. A lot of spirits are trapped in the astral not because they did something wrong but because someone did something to them and they can't let it go.

That's why Jesus made such a big deal about forgiveness, ultimately it benefits you more than anyone...

I am not religious, just spirit minded in a number of ways,,,,, anyway..... Your response is alright by me Truthspoon, that is as far as my "imagination" (or conceiving any-"how") will take me (and others) to a plausible conclusion or analogy etc..

In the meantine sorry, I have to use the word "imagination" as I don't quite know what else fits in making these sub-realities (etc) apply for common reality way of making sense,,,, I suppose by my virtual ears what you say makes some sense I suppose but ASTRAL and/or NON CORPOREAL, aren't these words too much dependent on people's imagination to this extent?? -when instead these things could (perhaps) be better explained in more down earth ways please??... (if possible, but whatever you see fit ultimately)

Just wondering if this is a word to be used/utilized a lot, then what is a more understandable word different from ASTRAL, but with the same intents as that meaning? Just so we can all stand a chance of understanding it better?

Whenever-ever-ever I see word "astral" being used, I just think space/cosmos (most commonly linked with lucid dreaming to my knowledge).... but I could be quite wrong, and is that only a small part of it even if I am sort of right?

Also Truthspoon, the quote from Ephesians is clearly a spirit world approach to the topic of it all, but how is all that surmountable in ways to apply against the "demons", if not enough people in opposition to authority Or demons (or whatever it is), are not spiritually empowered enough by whatever each our own their beliefs may-be, etc, to overcome the 'Wetiko' low vibration types of the world?....  Then once a few fundaments are realized~ How to Apply Knowledge to usurp or CASE OUT the 'demon-like' mind clouds of what is generally created by psychosis, as one example... I think Truthspoon restful Quiet and Zen, are as you suggest good on the whole, and sleep too, all help if you have a reasonably calming environment to lower the sensory attacks.

Against such invasions (as a common example) can be heard to the tune of what's frequently/[DAILY] used in commercial advertising which I always pour SCOLD on OR SWITCHOFF (which is easiest & and rather than get all het up) and rightly so should be recognized as coercive mental narrative assaults for such reasons as they too are demonic by their intention even if they the snidey commercial adverts with these methodologies, may not be hideously fully aware of their own odiousness. Although really I strongly suspect THEY DO KNOW what they are doing (**YES despite being clowns to the hilt as are mostly all market advertizers**) when t,hey create such smouldering cognitively irritating content for release on TV and the radio)  --- This could be a whole lot different from what the OP is drawing attention to, but still important to my mind as it has many similarities.

(PS---- I mention Wetiko as I got reminded of it in a DI video just yesterday, and seems a good starting point, because understanding low vibrations can then lend a hand in what the OP is trying to get a handle on in the process of filtering out that unwanted stuff in the head as described by OP or any of us it is effecting......... This by what  incarnations (most in particular perhaps are sounds or voices as per whatever) there are resulting from the manipulative social structure of todays world and all its "Clown World" baffoonery and sly subliminal trickery).

I really enjoyed reading this post some great points being made.

Well, you can call it 'imagination' but that implies something you are creating... the astral world is already there of course, full of potential... we all go there every night in dreams...the schizophrenic however is there ALL THE TIME.

Schizophrenia was/is known as the Shaman illness because the schizophrenic is in two worlds at once, this 3d reality, and 4d reality.

Of course for many if not all schizophrenics it's an extremely unpleasant experience..... but a lot of magic/synchroncity can be created here....

I don't know what more to say because it's different for everyone. I was in this realm for a relatively short period. It was the most terrifying and incredible experience of my life. My reality had suddenly turned into a movie.... ALL THE MOVIES. All the tropes from the sci-fi and fantasy movies are all taken from the astral schizophrenic experience. You name it: Matrix, Jacob's Ladder, Invasion of the Body Snatchers.... What is real? Who can I trust? Are other people just puppets and filling to an artificial movie scene reality. Yes. They are. Most people are not in control of their own minds let alone their destinies...

I am lucky I got back to normality and can write about it..... Being stuck there all the time......to be a full time Shaman?  I chickened out and took the blue pill.

Good, I'm not trying to be critic here at this moment, but in summaries go, that seems to me incredibly good mentoring of thought TS, even when put in that quite simple outline way as you do there Truthspoon, both as per the comparison with Shamans who can experience it (Schizophrenia) or as per your experience. What did you move onto instead of go deeper into shamanism, anything like similar to it but less the caught between realities mind warp??

I, despite not minding other people use the word schizophrenia, in moderation, I try to never get hung up on it, but well, like anything I suppose, the medical establishment felt the need to call it something I suppose.. As galling as that can be sometimes, due to LABELISM, and the obvious unpleasantness it can bring a the sufferer.. (or from time to time other people).

So, within the last 5 years, I became aware of other explanations to explaining my personal experiences of coexisting with what the majority term Psychosis, as there are many examples of my attempts at breaking it down to its correlating parts, as it's multifaceted with actual parts you can study and research. ( it's the only hallucination I know with which you can achieve this by, then compare it to others testimonies )

**Multi faceted** is always an interesting use of words.... so I commend the use of that word, but its useful too to know you also seem to possess as I do, the ability to break things down, when necessary to get at the finer detail or else restack/rehash ideas or more simply blow away unhelpful thoughts like cobwebs of our gray matter..... As in general anybody would to neutralize any problem or reposition yourself constructs into simpler forms if that helps.... To unchain un-useful ideas of notions when the time calls for it.... and where the cause or need to study this, so be it, and should it be in any way real to you or to anyone helping sympathize, well I hope you benefit by giving yourself the time in which to case-note therefore about yourself basicly whether that be temporary or more long-term like in a journal or whatever strikes you as practical. 🙂
From this internal restructuring if required (or I mean where needs must) you could also assess scenarios whilst fine combing or extracting whats useful about such things as however it is you are inadvertently OR deliberately being approached or viewed by others who may wish to stir up anything they see as strange, and makes you feel uncomfortable or out of place, etc, (which please understand I am NOT suggesting is your fault why this stuff has a habit of happening to you incidently) ..... but such treatment by such people CAN and DOES interfere with you IF YOU LET IT, in circumstances of harassment in particular,

soooo if this OR a feeling of betrayal by society in general becomes a major concern, by all that accumulation of mental bombardment mind-numbing and soul disrupting affliction ---that can all come at you in negative feedback overload as I'm sure you have some ideas about yourself......

So if whatever sources of negative vibes or behaviours by certain members of society where you are aware/or partially aware that something is wrong, either way IT CAN HURT YOU if you don't pay mind enough to what is ACTUALLY happening both within you and things DONE TO YOU, from various careless dimwits of the world.....

Yada yada, soooo I get it can feel overpowering and therefore those 'wretch' or no-good types of people may easily by THEIR TRAITS transfer their problems onto you causing you alarm, for your psyche and state of mind if something feels uncomfortable about certain interactions you've had and don't wish to repeat in a hurry and so on...(And so you understandably become a sort of -social- "pariah" which as you've mentioned in your own words,)

The aspect I wanted to focus upon is the active fact of betrayal within Schizophrenia (?) and the resulting isolation which soon proceeds it, the suspicion and imagined rumour campaigns that shadow our paranoia or heightened awareness the strange goading or outright mocking laughter of complete strangers upon the streets, which are there to greet us when approaching. The struggles we endure within our attempts to leave our shadowlands of Kafkaesque, David Lynch scenarios, or highly anxious feelings of being 'Trained' from town to town, or Roasted by unseen 'voices' of harpy twitter storms intended on tearing us apart and devouring us alive, as everybody stands over us with gratification written on their expressions narcissistic smiles.

Suzsies -- Hey -- Before reaching this paragraph OP you mention something about family and friends... Are they/were they a cause for definite...I can well imagine dubious friends can stoke up paranoia but before friends, did this get noticed about feeling at odds with your family first of all?? Is it them at first with which you found said "betrayal" and is it THEM (according to paranoia or real concerns) that you are indeed worried or feeling anxious about?   Just asking, either way~ either group of people of "familiars" can of course be concerning if you get many mixed messages flowing back and forth or half baked ideas or dodgy opinions suggested to you on various matters of life... So I simply enquire is that broadly speaking which perhaps taunts your mind if that has anything to do with your experiences at all, especially as your experiences supposedly got worse and then you began to falter more & more did you wondering WHY a lot?... And if so can you trace back to why you might have gotten any sort of paranoia or dubiously nudged in that direction, whatever the case maybe??

Sorry to see you've had experiences of narcissistic people as it seems. Narcissistic grins are hideous aren't they just!!... Especially if they seem overly inappropriate to the person aimed at by these mock expressions or 'emotionally provocative or demeaning devices' or patronizing and sarcastic behaviours directed in a way meant to cause psychological or emotional harm or distress etc!

Btw, I must emphasize I have no experience with hallucination. Like zero in fact.... so I would struggle to know what to say on that..
However if that's the area you Zusies find applies to you, and helps you most to manage better, by comparing experiences with others on that, then go for it,,,, on that note btw, how surreal or dream-like are these experiences if we choose to call them by that instead of "hallucination"... No shame in that word, just saying you know, changing words/dialects to "label" (or rather re-assert in different way) what you/anyone happens to use to explain stuff can help sometimes.....

Hi, Thanks for all your kind supportive words, the so called 'Hallucinations' sounds like chavy locals playing 24/7 mind games like a Twitter storm attempting to project negative content on to you, like a sick game, you know intuitively know you're being f@@ked with as it carries all the same traits and methods of emotional abuse, entrapment attempts seeking unhealthy attachment to their projections, this also is validated by locals sniffing around you when out in public or out side of your bedroom window or bathroom. You may see bright laser pen like lights following your line of sight, along with their shadows as the street light reflects their presence.

I sometimes think this is a new form of cyber crime which gets misconstrued as mental illness being the main goal of participating parties attempts to gaslight an unwanted person just attempting to live their life and co exist with these strange like pursuits of this network of perp's narco form of entertainment. Like Molka or revenge porn with negative outcomes for their chosen scapegoat.

Well I don't know if you'd agree but I think I would say that the schizophrenic is permanently immersed in a world of astral magic....

The Kundalini awakening thing that people talk about, I would call that schizophrenia....

My experiences were wrapped up with the Illuminati, basically advanced Freemasonry which I was trained by in Tokyo, but I quit the training and didn't join.... but I found that they were always anticipating me wherever I went in London.... as a result I moved out to the Arab world and taught English where the Masons are not as present, except I rencountered them in Morocco working at the American Language Centre in Casablanca...

If you're a shaman you have to share your astral world not only with the spirits which inhabit that realm but also with many Freemasons, black gang members and occult people who either through rituals or other means, have also being 'plugged' fully into the astral realm. Problem is most of these people are pretty evil and unpleasant. The whole atmosphere of the astral realm is toxic and so you pretty soon are forced to behave in certain ways otherwise you get 'threatened'.

I figured out pretty soon that there was no point in remaining connected to the astral realm with these people so I returned to normality, realising from my experience of LSD that something similar had happened and that the schizoid experience must have something to do with psychotropic chemicals....

I discovered the Dr Abram Hoffer Adrenochrome hypothesis, the Niacin Vitamin B3 regimen, and Zen meditation along with Jesus to negate any 'occult' attachments I had made... and returned to normality over the course of a couple of suspenseful months....

I do almost miss the danger and sci-fi style excitement of being in that realm..... of having perfect strangers coming up to me and telling me they know me and making me various offers to join them...... The Freemasons don't even need to go to lodges anymore because the whole world now is their lodge and they receive constant astral communication from spirits and other psychically advanced brothers..

When I watch Harry Potter I am reminded of the schizoid Freemasonic dimension.....

I suppose that may well be the point..... most people just think it's fun.......harmless fantasy... but there are certain things in the Potter series which will be familiar to someone in 'astral consciousness' shall we say... many things in fact.... The whole central idea behind Potter is that there is a hidden parallel magical reality unsuspected by the Muggles..... that is entirely correct.... Having seen it, and been part of it and almost recruited to be a permanent member....for this lifetime and several others I can confirm this is true.

I think since I don't have all that worldly experience as you TS, I will just say where you talk of Harry Potter and the Muggles, what is the purpose of the Muggles, as I am ignorant of that movies characters,,, so with a quick quack on duckduckgo, com I see Muggles are non magical folk, and who do not resemble the occult, and I presume merely exist in objective reality alongside it almost oblivious to any occult magic??

The Muggles represent the normal citizens of the country, although they are invariably portrayed as stupid, fearful, selfish and jealous of magic users......

In that sense the movie is actively mocking its audience, although the young people who watch it will invariably wish they were magic-users and so as you point out, will possibly, when they get of age, end up joining cults like the OTO and local pagan-wicca groups thinking they can become something like Harry Potter witches....

It will introduce them to something like the Harry Potter 'parallel' society which is portrayed in the books and the movies, but they will probably realise pretty soon that they are not the good guys, though depending on their powers of self-delusion, which at times in humans appear limitless, they may be able to create a weird make-believe fantasy world for themselves....but at the same time they will likely be completely insane.

  • 9 months later...

Reviving this thread. I have experienced a few of the features of psychosis and have also spoken elsewhere on this forum about how I believe schizophrenics/people with psychosis can often "see into" the Astral.

One feature of this which has been with me for years is tactile hallucinations. It has been going on for years. It feels like something is either touching the top of my head or stroking my face. For years I told myself the comforting story that it was "angels" but then I began to wonder if it was Astral parasites. I am not afraid of it, it's mostly annoying. When I am in my bed at night I generally have to sleep on my side with the blanket pulled around my head so that only my eyes and nose are exposed, otherwise this "thing" is stroking my face. It feels like someone's fingers touching my face.

I have even said to this thing before, "why don't you go one step further and find another way of communicating with me" but it never does.

I wish I knew what this was. I am hoping it isn't demonic. If anyone is reading this and can shed some light on it I would be most interested to listen.

Hi all, pretty new to the forum but couldn't find a similar topic and not sure if my 'case' is individual or if there are other people with this experience.

Long story short, 2013. In spring time I had a psychotic episode (acute) which started in winter and lasted for 4 months before I was hospitalized at the Psychiatric ward in my hometown. During that time in the first and biggest psychotic stage I had hallucinations (mostly voices in my head). As time was passing I had more intense and louder voices and a scenario that was shown in my perception back then was basically a parallel world with totally different meanings of everything you know but yet I was seeing things as they are. I was only 19 yo when this thing happened to me and before that period I was pretty much into psychology, philosophy, eastern and ancient cultures, social phenomenon etc.

All that ''knowledge'' and unsolved traumas from the past turn against me (in my mind with disablans of molecules in charge of transmitting information - neurotransmitters) and play horrific and paranoid parallel reality where everything is against me and I cannot escape anywhere. As time passed, the information in my head was ''telling me and convincing me'' in scenarios like that the whole China is watching me on screens, that stars in the skies are lights that come from holes in some fabric, that my hair on my body are small antennas etc... the day I tried to ''commit suicide'' by jumping from small building I had really bizarre ''scenario'' that I am living in the matrix and voice that was telling me was controlling my movement and I felt like marionet puppet and couldn't resist anymore and that's why i ended on the building and jumped.

Still today I don't know how I survived without any scar (I had a cast on my neck for a few months and that's it). Was hospitalized in a psychiatric ward where they just chained me in bed and drug me with pills not knowing what I am taking. I was there for one month and only had one 10 min conversation with a doctor who just said I had psychosis and if I take the pills I will be fine. After 4 weeks of taking antipsychotics I no longer had voices and on my way to become 'normal'

After that hospital experience I was searching for a private psychotherapist with whom I did 6 years of psychotherapy, changed medications to the right ones with minimal dose. Since last 4 years I finished sociology as a 'potential student' because of my way of thinking, I had several summer jobs and lived in 2 countries as part of some students mobilities. Meet new people, travel and discover so many things about psychology and help many people with just following my instinct and personal belief.

But all this time, for the last 7 years I was really open about my mental health and what happened to me, since then I have more urge to help people dealing with traumas and confusion. People I met after that period until now were telling me how they feel open saying some personal stuff and feel more calmed in my presence and could easily understand my point of view of the situations and opinions. Since I am empathic and sensible as a person and have this experience I wanted to use it for better cause to spread some light.

Since my first psychotic episode was really extreme and traumatized me I was on the side of science and dosing the information about anything out of the "normal" to not trigger back that fear and paranoia. Also from time to time I heard about some other people who had psychosis in their adolescent years and some of the "hallucinations beliefs" were similar (Chinese, being watched and "the end is near" fear)

I was somehow blocking thinking about it and often just repeating myself the vocabulary that my psychotherapist was telling me about my condition and taking pills as I supposed to.

And I first discovered David Icke and his thoughts in the period of the first phase of psychotic state and somehow everything I read made sense even though I was "not normal". Somehow I felt the urge to look what David is saying about covid and since then I try to read his thoughts as much as I can. But since he had written so many materials (books, movies..) I couldn't find anything so far about this "psychotic illness" and other related.

When this all Covid hoax and panic started it triggered that fear and paranoia (because at first I believed it). After I came to my senses and looked for other opinions and follow my instinct I started to follow David's videocasts which helped me a lot to understand this situation and 'reality' more deeply. (Thx! )

I wanted to open this topic and see if there other people with similar stories or experience or if someone has some insight of this; please write here or in my inbox. Also some links or books would be awesome to look at this "mental health" topic from a non-psychology view.

P.S. Hope you understand my story. I am more curious and open to find out more about all this. Thanks! :)

Yeah man, I understand what you are saying. Just wanted to say well done for coming through it all and now wanting to help others. wow. amazing.

Its really hard to know what exactly causes any phenomena that is considered ‘unusual’, unless we have ‘clear vision’ - which isnt something to want necessarily, until a person is extremely centred in their own power.
In a way, its a blessing we cannot see everything that exists in reality, as we have not developed the knowledge to fully understand what we are witnessing. I think this is what the modern psych industry calls psychosis - when in reality, its a natural experience - if we’re experiencing anything we dont understand, especially if its from heightened perceptions beyond the material veil of reality - its very natural for the brain to experience confusion. The psych industry has confusion about psychosis ironically, as they think its all ‘made up by the mind’ - hence their ‘cure’ is chemical, because if they truly understood mind, and could solve confusion of mind, they would solve psychosis without meds.

I was reading recently a book, explaining that human perception of reality is extremely small, compared to the bandwidth of light possible. The example of the height of the empire state building was used, being the full spectrum of lightwaves, and human sight is akin to a grain of sand sitting beside the building.
It’s no wonder then, that even when the veil of sight is lifted just a tiny bit, we're likely to be surprised by what we witness.

I would echo the advice to stay grounded and dont allow the extra-sensory perceptions distract you. Keep a routine, sleep well, eat well. Keep focus on inner peace, calm, and love.
All is energy, all is vibration. So we dont want to be extreme in our reactions to whatever we perceive. Keep centred, calm and direct your awareness to activity which you find enjoyable/inspiring/worthwhile. It could even be doing house chores.

You could try imagining with your minds eye a ‘spiritual shield’ - literally draw a thick ethereal bubble ring around you entirely - and say in your mind something like “i create a shield of spiritual protection,  keeping my aura, mind and body clear of negative energies.” Or say a clearing verse you prefer.
Before creating your shield, it is a good idea to clear your mind/body/aura first - so again, within your mind or out loud, say” i clear my mind, body and aura of energy that is not from my heart.” While imagining a huge sweeping motion throughout your being.
Then place your energy spiritual protection bubble around you.

This is something to do, that empowers you. Where you control and direct your personal space. Where you stand in your own power. In courage and Love, this is your right, from the source of all creation, for you to be a free being.
Universal laws do exist that are protective. If we ignore spiritual interference, we dont give it an ‘in road’ into our awareness. I see spiritual interference like toddlers wanting attention. All around is energy and so whatever we give our attention and focus, we invite into our sphere of being.
By doing exercises of shielding its empowering for us, especially if we are feeling unsure, or fearful or confused.

Just like with people dynamics - those that want our attention will never quit with their attention-seeking. They want our attention/awareness, because once someone has our attention they have made a connection of power-play. So we become more understanding of our power of attention, how to regard it more than we do, to respect it and use it wisely.
Dont let the media drag your vibe down with their endless stream of doom. Dont let your neighbour talk your ear off for half hour, if you dont like their vibe. Be discerning in this world. We give our power away without knowing it, just by giving it our attention.
We have to build ourselves up in knowing love and power are THE most powerful true currencies of all reality , because love=power. Truth. As was said by Nov earlier in the thread.

We all have this mighty level of powerful love within us, if only we knew the full extent! So we use what we currently can tap into within ourselves, to clear our personal energetic space, and create a ‘shield.’

Some new-age groups create a bubble of bright light of protection around them but im not sure thats needed or wise. Just a big thick ethereal self-created protection ring around your whole being will do. We dont need to go drawing attention to ourselves with huge glowing bubbles and rainbows 😉

Of course when we are seated in our power of Love and truly emit from that centre, we dont need protection. But very few are at that level of perfected spiritual awareness and state. We ALL have that in us though! A spiritual shield is more of a reminder to US that we do have our own power, and we CAN use it when we are feeling unsure, or vulnerable. Its an exercise to focus our attention on our inherent spiritual power and use it, rather than allowing our focus to be distracted by anything less-than.

I have had experiences beyond the veil or both good and negative, and the negative was difficult, as you can imagine. With all that activity around me, i had no choice but to be within my own centre and power. That experience taught me that, and ultimately helped me survive it. So much outside myself wanted my attention. Bugging me for my attention and reaction. Wanting me to be fearful. Wanting to control my fear. Ahhh its all childs-play, like toddlers annoying us…..when ignored and our focus is on the good of life - all that goes away to annoy another poor soul who’s having a difficult time of life.
Our true power is where we place our attention and what we react to. Ignore all that is unwanted, and they will get bored, go away. Focus daily life on what you love, like, enjoy and that side of life grows. Like a plant, life grows whatever we water. Our attention is like water - it grows whatever we give our attention to. So we respect our attention more - and use it more wisely.

As much as i like icke’s research, i dont drown myself in the material as its focus is primarily on the power of evil. How terrible the world is. How we’re all screwed. I prefer a solution stance. “Be the change you want to see”. Be empowered with focusing on what good we can grow in this world. Know there IS good people and efforts/companies out there for good. Its not all bad.
The bad dont go away by focusing on it - it just grows! Take our attention away from the bad and it shrinks. Are we meant to ‘fight’ it - become as ugly as they are in the process?! Eye for an eye? And everyones blind….

The way to ‘fight’ is by not giving it the power of our attention. Focus on supporting companies that are good. Focus on supporting good people.

Dont support that which is destructive by giving our attention to it. Like the annoying kid in class who doesnt get a reaction from his buddies, eventually shuts up and goes and shrinks in the corner. The dark cabal of earth (and beyond the veils) need to be treated the same imo.

Thank you for your thoughtful and considered response, and the time it took to write it.

Have experienced a 'bleed through' of seeing a pile of sticks piled in a garden while walking and then seeing them as a photographer.

Making and talking sense was how got through to normality (plus stopping smoking cannabis, had been smoking an ounce a week for almost 20 years)

In my opinion did a lot of learning about how mankind is divided or better term polarised and stopped from being a centered being. Actually just occured to my self that being self centered is good, if you take the term literally. If a person is polarised and self centered they end up being a 'jerk'. Ie they jerk you to a side of polarisation.

p.s there was something inside myself that actually wanted to show me things that were going on inside this parralell world and was getting myself to bodyless travel to these places . am not sure if it's a world we all share or a self created world . it's possible too that other beings/entities can access this world

I wish there was more awareness on the true nature of antipsychotics. Antipsychotics are soul destroying, the most evil and inhumane drugs that exist, blocking atleast 90% of dopamine receptors is a pretty crude form of "medicine," serving the same function as a lobotomy. Unfortunately many people are forced to take them under community treatment orders, I was forced just falling out of the social norm I'm guessing, with absolutely no psychosis. No delusions, no hospital admissions, voices or hallucinations.

My psychiatrist at the time even lied, completely fabricated a delusion which he told them I held at my tribunal in order to force medication. I wonder why he would go so out of his way to get me on antipsychotics and destroy my life so much that he had to lie multiple times. Which at the time lowered my functioning significantly, made me not be able to take care of my kids, lose my independence, almost made me kill myself, left me apathetic, with no interest in anything anymore, I couldn't even watch a tv show or video while on antipsychotics, it felt like the worst kind of torture and is ultimately a pointless existence. Better off dead than not being able to experience life.

Antipsychotics turned my dad into a dribbling idiot in one week. He was in hospital for heart issues. The doctor prescribed these for his arm which was uncontrollably waving about after a big stroke. It was a very low dose. That doctor went off duty. Locum came in and misread chart, upped the dose by a 10 fold multiple. It was horrendous. We had to fight the hospital and threaten to sue before they would admit the mistake.

Thanks for bringing attention to the negative effects of antipsychotics. It's also heartbreaking to hear about your dad's experience with antipsychotics and how it turned him into a "dribbling idiot" in just one week.

It was horrendous. All his personality disappeared and my dad was a very bubbly person, even though he coped with a lot of pain. They put him on 800mg a day while in hospital. It took a month before he was back to normal. Doctors are a bunch of quacks experimenting on people.

I can confirm a lot of what has been said here to be true.  I heard voices for 28 years.  First time 14.  Never medicated just dealt with it.  Mostly originated from the left side of my head but when I was psychotic they approached from all sides.  I used to believe I had to constantly fight them off.  I'm fine now.  Jesus lifted that burden from me.

My only psychotic episode was at age 20.  During this episode the following occurred:

intense synchronicity over prolonged periods

the external world taking on a demonic character

lucid dreams coming true the the following day

Disembodied spirits either helping or wanting me to kill myself

Visual hallucinations of demonic presence

One instance of ESP in which the other flesh and blood person was 350 miles away.  This was confirmed by a third party.

strangers butting into my business (what some may call gang stalking)

(There are people who sense when someone is in a psychotic state and they want to prey on them.)

The residuals from that psychotic episode persisted for six months.

I either have one hell of an imagination or there is another aspect of reality in which disembodied spirits reside.

Hello all,

Been away for long time from this forum but after reading all that you guys wrote about this phenomena of schizophrenia/psychosis and this side of astral plane and entities about manipulation playing over perspective and role of all it I can say thank you. I have spent 2 years in intense learning about mysticism, astrology and spirituality as well this light-dark battle topic and lots from this filed. Now I realized why I have experienced it and that is not just my "cray brain". Forgot to mention that before first psychotic episode I went for some spiritual treatment to one (fake) guru who is family member, after that all the process of this extreme voices and torture become worst. It took me several years to realize that he is on dark side of this spiritual field pretending to be the light one. It is still very puzzling all this question about psychosis and what is actually going on.  As I was reading a lot about this lightworkers, new earth and role of individuals during this age and time on earth I realize how these dark forces are targeting the ones who are by nature more spiritually open and aware with lots of traumatic experience and that our role is not to suffer but to learn from it and use our knowledge and abilities to help others.

What helped me most to become more stable and have mental protection is the true knowledge about spirituality and esoterica. Before this huge traumatic experience with fake guru and hallucinations, I was pushing away any topic related to the non physicals realm since I only perceived it as danger and evil and in my opinion that is what they wanted. They want to push you away from your talents, potential and power you are born with by putting negative experience on it to go in other direction and eventually hate that discipline. It took me a lot of breaking to start be open to this topic and luckily with some of the great mind giving their knowledge for free on YouTube and blogs I could start believing again in the God and the positive side of astral. Astrology helped me a lot also, seeing the placements I was born with it makes more sense why I cannot just be in the matrix and what are my fields of expertise.

But I would like to find good practitioner/teacher or community to clear up more of my past experience and learn to use my mind, body and spirit more in natural flow. If anyone have suggestion about it, I would be grateful. Hope that all is going well with you in this period and finding the strength in whatever is blocking you to be who you are.

These dark ones are becoming more evident now, and, with the advent of many waking up to their true spiritual purpose (including me) it is becoming ok to talk about it without all the ridicule or someone slapping you into nut house against your will or attempting to dull senses with pharmaceutical crap.

I know that part of my purpose is to share my journey. When we talk and get together magical things happen.

You are not alone, we are all one consciousness working together.

Hello Ethel, I have had similar experiences over the years, no idea they were called, 'tactile hallucinations'. thank you for that and posting :)

For me, they are just a part of life and have been mostly of great comfort - the feeling of someone stroking my head or arm is quite common, tugging my hair, and often happen at a time of great distress. I had a cushion placed over my head once with no-one else in the flat :D (not to smother me, more to cocoon).

Once, I woke from a dream about my dad comforting me to a visceral feeling of being stroked on the head and thought he was sitting there. I turned on my side lamp, and saw a dent on the bed - as if someone had actually been sitting there. I watched it until it went back to normal (and the feeling of being stroked faded). After it I thought I should've been scared but I wasn't (and I'm a big scaredy cat).

I've come to realise they are either a comfort or a warning (see below) and feel very strongly it was / is often my biological father (deceased since I was a young child). Never tried to communicate, as I have 'known' / 'sensed' in a different way what it is for, and in the warnings, I've often been propelled out of bad situations before they happened.

A few of the 'out of situations before something awful happened';

- on way to a treatment, having not long left the house. I felt tugging on my clothes (no-one around, or anything that could 'pull' that strongly), and had an overwhelming sense of foreboding. I sat down for what I thought was a couple of mins - max - under a tree (just a few thoughts through my head about the situation). I lost time, 25mins had passed, and as am always on time for things, panicked and rang the clinic, there was no answer, so I hurried as quickly as I could, turning up what would have been 20mins into the appointment. The clinic was on fire, staff were standing about, as was my therapist, waiting for the fire engine. Had I been on time, both me and the therapist I would've been in a basement room when the fire broke out that would've been very difficult to escape from (turned out there were dodgy electrics installed and it spread very quickly).

- just up and walked out of a club one night, said goodbye to someone I knew as I passed, who was surprised - as was I. I said I just couldn't stay, and it was like something lifted me up and propelled me out of there (like when you're young and you walk on an adults feet). A huge fight broke out 10mins after I left, and a few people got glassed (including one of my friends).

- Had a similar thing in a shop - just upped and out, no idea why, my friend I was with followed me, we heard a huge crash,  we went back, and where we'd been standing chatting / browsing, the wall and heavy shelving had fallen in, and there was a hole where we'd been standing (as well as being crushed, we'd have fallen into the basement).

- Also had the 'propelling' thing when a guy I liked the look of started to approach me at a party, something turned me away (felt like someone behind me), out into the garden area, I thought talking to someone, but apparently was by myself. Years later found out he was a very abusive man when we briefly got together (and he related his experience of me that night - he was very hurt I'd just turned and walked away by myself rather than talking to him and he watched me walk off - alone). His thing is / was to get women addicted to heroin by spiking joints (and get them into bed / relationships by spiking them with little amounts of MDMA - which he did with me as I found out after). I found a lot of stuff on his computer one day - after a mutual friend warned me about him early on after we got together - I got some of it translated by someone (he wasn't English), after we broke up, and they told me I was better off out of it - all kinds of weird stuff that I couldn't even understand what the person translating was telling me, makes more sense now. I often think he/ they were funnelling vulnerable young women to who knows what. I left that friendship group as there was a wall of silence around his - and I realised others - really abusive behaviour. A lot of weird stuff happens around the party / club scene that is linked into all the satanic stuff I'm realising, before I just thought it was me.

I saw a couple of freeform demons I now know were attached to him, in his flat (in the bedroom specifically), and the last time I saw him, his face was totally demonic, and not like his 'normal' face (in broad daylight - I'd been to get my things from his flat), so I know the 'shifting' thing happens (still see this occasionally, not necessarily demons, animals, child-like faces mostly), and know it's not just a side-effect of drugs etc - I haven't touched anything like that for nearly 20 years. He had a really sly smile, and his face was totally different, I'll never forget it - he knew the game (with me) was up. I realised then those entities need consent - we give our power away in so many ways, and I have do a lot of work on refining boundaries - personal, emotional, mental and most importantly, spiritual (the most powerful ime), as I would give 'consent' subconsciously, I didn't even know I was doing it.

Glad to find someone else who has similar experiences, mine - mostly - haven't been damagingly demonic, but I'm always very careful energetically, as I'm highly sensitive, and luckily, intuitively, knew to look into protecting myself, which while wasn't perfect, that focus (and pure intention), has kept me safe as possible (and have had / am on a wonderful healing process / journey). I've never thought to try to communicate, I may do some dowsing comms with it now, thank you :)

For me, intuition is the best guide (not necessarily instinct, which can operate from fear, 'true' instinct for me just 'happens' - like the upping and getting out - but comes from a base of intuition for me). That connection to the universe via my own inner realm / higher self is always - and the only thing - to be fully trusted, and am always 'querying' to make sure it is that. I also have a mostly organic diet, and don't do alcohol or drugs (even paracetamol can give me 'imbalances). My mediation and yoga practices are also very 'basic', traditional - I don't do well with mixing techniques or newer adaptations (they can send me a bit doolally), but that's just me, we all have different modalities.

I also do 'shadow' work - we hide lots of good stuff in our shadows, and also we're manipulated by our blind spots, so forefront for me is to look out / work on that, it underlies most of what I do - where I go, my shadow goes, and I need to work out what's mine and what's not, what I need to attend to, what I should walk away from - or just observe - otherwise I go into a 'freeze' or 'fawn' trauma response. Boundary work goes hand in hand with shadow work for me.

Those realms are very tricky for me, and any work has to be from a base of groundedness in this physical realm, and I don't think there's any one way to do things 'right'. Tthe devil always wears a smile' as a healer I went to (literally a week after I saw his demon), told me, and the more I tread my path, the more truth I realise is in those words

If anyone wants a fab book on Dream interpretation, Robert Johnson's (jungian), 'Inner Work' is seminal imo. He teaches a four - step technique to interpret your own dreams and work out what the images mean specifically for you (and how to recognise archetypal ones / meanings etc), and reconcile those into your conscious / waking life (dreams are how our subconscious tries to communicate with us - we ignore it / don't know how to interpret mostly). It's brilliant, and he also has a section on 'active imagination' for exploration but I've never done that - the dreamwork has been powerful enough for me, and I haven't needed to do a lot of it. Even one not very well remembered dream can yield loads.
