Help with retort?

If I gave you a gun and a bullet, and told you to chamber the round and put the gun to your head, and then told you to repeatedly pull the trigger, and that the bullet would eventually fire but I couldn't guarantee which trigger pull would do it - it could fire on the 100,000th trigger pull or the 1st trigger pull - and then I told you that 99,999 of the people who do this will walk away but that one person would be seriously disabled or killed... 

 

You get the picture? This is the Russian Roulette vaccine risk people are blindly taking.

 

I'd like to refine this down to a short, sharp verbal retort for when the drones harp on about the 'relative safety of vaccines', but my head is very fuzzy lately. 

 

Any ideas, suggestions, spitballs would be welcome.
