DIY Natural hand wash recipe

OK, I promise, I am not fueling anything here 🙂

I just found something of interest, that may interest others (as it was a topic discussed on the main thread.)

I must admit, I do love natural skincare. The benefits have been incredible (home made products), and had been looking for a hand-wash recipe that I could make at home that is as natural as it gets.

This was the recipe I came across and although to start off, it might cost a bit.. But over time, it'll work out the same price as a store bought hand-wash.

There are lots of good recipes out there. I liked this for the ingredients used and the foamyness is a bit groovy.

Do you really need to wash your hands ... with anything?  Doesn't water work on its own?
How did human beings survive for millions of years without groovy Coconut or ... you know all that trendy expensive shit ... let me think ... there's oat milk hand wash, fermented hand wash, goji berry wash ... and who the fuck cares.

This is a middle class retards hobby, how to throw your money away feeling superior whilst waiting to die.

I don't think I could. My brain wouldn't cope if I used water alone 😁

Actually I buy "Black Soap" on Ebay a dozen at a time, it's about £1.20 for150g - cheap and really good quality.  It's African origin, bit like the Indian ones full of herbs and spices ... but the Indian stuff is expensive nowadays.  Dudu Osun brand.

I also went through a phase of just using olive oil like the Romans , put some on a face towel and wipe the body under the shower ... even the scalp - had short hair back then.   Was really good although the shower tray gets oily.  But yeah no problem at all.

Interesting I have never looked into soaps.

I know they used to use herbal mixes in the past. Aloe Vera is worth looking into. Along with olive oil.

I take orally olive oil, Collagen 1, green tea, tumeric for skin.
