Olly1999
I’m 17 years old in the U.K., and my parents have consented to a covid 19 test at school, can I still legally decline the test and say I don’t give my consent, or is my consent not needed as I’m under 18? thanks Edited March 5, 2021 by Olly1999

Aggravated assault IMO. BC

It's your body not the schools or your parents.

I don't think he would have let some piss weak soy boy teacher stick a toxic needle in his arm, and neither should you if you don't want to. ItsTheTruthThough
You can refuse despite what your parents have signed, as just got said - your body belongs to you and not your parents. There is no legal requirement that forces anyone to testing and they cannot physically force you.
