He was pissing off a lot of people and was considered counterculture in the 90s early 2000s. The evangelical Christian Bible belt type fed the hysteria, and in turn fed his energy and made him more popular. Counter culture as I see it in cultural terms although I keep out of politics, has moved more to the libratarian right. Largely due to the "left" becoming absolutely insane. A lot of aging people and artists, singers, don't often realise as they are around yes men and echo chambers. So your Bob geldoff type, or 80s socialist unaware of the mad social justice warriors blindly Parrott them. Would any of it be a surprise if the allegations are true? No. But as much as I can't stand bully boy Brian, the media seems to be taking sides, which makes me sceptical? I read his autobiography when I was 14 and I could only find one reference to the occult, he seems quite scared of it actually. But creating something and for whatever intention, is a form of occult in my opinion. His persona, shock jock look is then to take away the fact that his music is quite average and bland. It counteracts the fact he doesn't have much charisma. Then I remembered he did a piece that was clearly about trump. What his intention, will, or purpose was only he knows. But it struck me tonight that he possibly self hexed himself. Unintentional self hex? Yeah, I doubt I would have the views I have today if it wasn't for Mark. I was always concerned about freemasons and world government, but didn't really go further down the rabbit hole. All the freaky shit in the industry didn't sit well with me after a while though. I dealt with a lot of shady clients and the design briefs I was given kept getting more debased. I was still a liberal at that point, but folks like Mark woke me up to certain agendas that I wanted no part of. 2016 came along and Trump started talking about globalists, then that sent me down a pipeline to where I am today. Tbf, I am very critical of the entertainment industry, but there are still a lot of good indie artists, and indie game devs. I guess they need our support more than ever.
