When I went to a bushcraft camping meetup recently, someone that carves walking sticks for a living encouraged me to start small on pencils. A little something I find NOT therapeutic is theraPUTIN, (changing one letter with help from your typo!) but it's ok, Nukes going Naked, what's wrong with that... HUMBLE WOOD:- I have interest in this kinda thing too.... Commonly I know these types of works (say with bearded man or "GreenMan" *of similar image*) to be called "Tree Spirits" (just coz I guess b/c they are made of wood and you are engraving something into it as a live portrayal of something that reminds us the wood was ALSO living before being used for a craft project, but HOPEFULLY harvested respectfully in nature, that's ok in moderation if that's where some like to obtain their wood. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
