serpentine
Well covered by the regulars but here's another round up of events so far and the world's largest active volcano. serpentine
Latest update from BiG Island Video news. serpentine
One month on at the crater. With a bit of work on the plumbing, a pressure check and much banging around in the basement the lake now has hot and cold running lava again. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TaKP0LGwOnA Kilauea remains the largest active volcano and could now quite possibly be the world's largest sand timer. serpentine
Lava depth approaching 700 feet with continued minor rumbling in the Western rift zone. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hj7ANrpUagI If it were possible one could dance on a volcano to an island of lava floating in a lake of lava situated on a big island made of lava surrounded by a huge ocean of water. serpentine
Heavy rain a cause for concern on the Big Island in the usual places but Maui to the North has had several bridges destroyed and some people made homeless with a dam inspection scheduled for later today before some residents are allowed to return.
