Why Doesn't The, Erm, "Wonderful Reset" Include DIRECT DEMOCRACY?

INDIRECT DEMOCRACY is where people ELECT some kind of REPRESENTATIVE who then HOPEFULLY does something POSITIVE for the people.

DIRECT DEMOCRACY is where members of a society PERSONALLY MAKE THE IMPORTANT DECISIONS - such as WHAT THE MINIMUM WAGE IN A COUNTRY SHOULD BE.

DIRECT DEMOCRACY would have been LOGISTICALLY DIFFICULT IN AGES PAST - before there was REALTIME TELECOMMUNICATIONS and TELEVISION and INTERNET.

TODAY HOWEVER, it is TECHNOLOGICALLY FEASIBLE TO INCLUDE "DIRECT DEMOCRACY GOVERNANCE" in various forms in the DEMOCRATIC PROCESS.

Where, in the World Economic Forum's "WONDERFUL RESET" initiative, is "DIRECT DEMOCRACY"?

No. I'm genuinely wondering why - if a "Great Reset" is sorely needed - direct democracy is not part of it.

I just thought it would be apparent that direct democracy would not be part of the reset, why would they hand power to the little people?

In that case, where is the "Great Reset" they are talking about? Same old, same old... :classic_biggrin:

Where this came from: I asked myself how the sincerety of a "much needed reset" could be challenged?

Then I thought to myself - "Well, if it is a GREAT RESET, then surely DIRECT DEMOCRACY has to be a part of it?" :classic_biggrin:

It’s technocracy that’s  the government model of the great reset combined with trans humanism.

The elites are pushing THEIR vision of a future society which is that of a technocracy where a small technocratic class (the elites themselves) have total control over everyone else that is imposed through technology that micro-manages every aspect of our lives through constant surveillance and energy rationing

Its defining feature is: CENTRALISED TOTALITARIAN CONTROL

There is no room in such a vision for you to have a say over anything. That is why we need to present our own vision for the future and start making changes to our own personal life to start being that change that we want to see

That well said,Lyn Buchanan says the near term future (around 2050) will be small agrarian farming communities and the population will be about 2 billion. The cities will also be empty. This will be a result of “toxins” probably a combination of vaccines, geoenginering and processed food.

the answer ?

find somewhere you can be self sufficient have a garden, learn practical skills network with your neighbours, seed exchanges, medical supplies&skills etc.

on the bright side it looks like the elites loose but it will be painful for anyone who is not prepared ie self sufficient

They want to reduce world population by 50% and control everyone through technology.

The reset is not meant to help us or be democratic. We cannot solve problems through voting
