Those responsible for this will be held accountable on the day of judgement - in the scripture it mentions that the killed child will be asked on the day of judgement for what crime they were killed? They are innocent and those who kill them are guilty of murder. Scripture says: do not kill your children for fear of poverty, it is God who provides for you and God will provide for them.
