Madness. Anything can be labelled 'misogyny'.

Washington University in St Louis hosts an event claiming ‘professionalism is racist’ because it ‘silences marginalized people of color’

  • Washington University in St. Louis is hosting an hourlong virtual event dubbed: 'Is professionalism a racist concept?'
  • Event organizers contend the term is inappropriate because a person's appearance has 'nothing to do with job knowledge'
  • 'So-called professionalism is coded language, a construct that upholds institutional racist policies and excluding practices,' the event synopsis says
  •  The forum was widely mocked on social media, with one user calling it 'utterly insane'

A Missouri university is hosting an online forum that will explore whether the term 'professionalism' is racist - and according to the event's synopsis, it is.

The February 1 presentation at Washington University's St. Louis campus centers around a term defined by Merriam-Webster as 'the conduct, aims, or qualities that characterize or mark a profession or a professional person.'

An explainer for the upcoming virtual event reads: 'The term “professionalism” has at times been used to silence and marginalize people of color, when attributes of appearance, language or interactions that have nothing to do with job knowledge or constructive collegial relationships are labeled as “unprofessional”.

'In this context, so-called professionalism is coded language, a construct that upholds institutional racist policies and excluding practices.'

As of Monday, 13 people expressed interest in the event, which is being hosted by assistant dean of community partnerships Cynthia Williams and Jewel Stafford, director of the field education office's racial equity fellowship program.

Christians Stand Trial In Finland Today For Affirming Men And Women Are Different

A Christian bishop and member of parliament are being charged with hate crimes for publishing a theology booklet about sex and marriage.

One of the three charges against Rasanen includes a count against her for tweeting a picture of a Bible verse in challenging the state church of Finland’s decision to sponsor an LGBT parade. Another charge attempts to criminalize her participation in a 2019 public debate.

If the court finds them guilty, Rasanen and Pohjola could face fines or up to two years in prison. It would also set the precedent of making quoting the Bible a criminal offense in Western countries.

what about misandry?

so if a man and a woman have a disagreement and the woman claims the man has been mean then he can be arrested whilst the woman is free to abuse the man even if the woman has been prejudicial towards him on the basis of his sex?

This is clearly designed to drive a wedge between men and women by making men walk away from relationships as being a potential minefield fraught with danger which then feeds into the rothschild cabal agenda to genocide european people because if heterosexual men and woman are not hooking up and procreating then there is no next generation being made

Half of women are now childless at thirty for the first time ever: Official statistics show most common age for giving birth has risen to 31 - compared to 22 for baby boomers

  • 53% of women born in 1991 were childless by their 30th birthday last year
  • The lowest rate of childlessness at 30 was 18% for women born in 1940
  • 31-years-old was the most common age for women born in 1975 to give birth

Most women in England and Wales no longer have a child before they are 30, official figures show for the first time.

An Office for National Statistics (ONS) report found 50.1 per cent of women born in 1990 were childless by their 30th birthday.

@Macnamara  interesting, and worrying, reading, even though it doesn't look very deeply into why this trend is happening. Also I note that childbirth had a peak during WW2, the hardest period during the timescale of this data. I'd like to see family size data over a much longer period, eg have we recovered from a crash like this before in history?

The commonly held view that we can't afford children and need to postpone for the sakes of careers, is in stark contrast to many poorer countries where birth rates are much higher. I'd like to see the data shown across different segments too, eg is there a link between a rising middle class and a declining offspring?

I also suspect that our consumer society tries to prolong and glorify our image of youthfulness, and of thinking we don't need to properly 'grow up'  till we reach our 30s. Middle and old age are seen as something dreadful to be avoided as long as possible with, of course, expensive treatments.

I'm not one to judge though, I'm a victim of this mindset too, I'm a dad but don't have a large family. Is there a thread to discuss what to do about the demographic crash? I've a few vague thoughts but would value some discussion.

women have been told by marxist feminists that they must define themselves as women by having a 'career'

as a result many women are now pursuing that as their primary goal in life instead of family

Those soap dispensers with sensors seldom work even for us honkies and when they do they only dispense a micro amount of soap. Useless pieces of over complicated electronic crap.

I'm assuming some of this stock in WH Smiths was in for Black History month, which I don't have a specific issue with as ling as it is not every day; though given the local demographic it might not be the best stock for sales.

What I do have issue with is the general and persistent stocking of woke books.

Whilst Black History Month is clearly transitory, there does seem to also be a general predilection for books on women in history over men, with the exception of green activists and also a huge number of rainbow coloured books and books about bums. What is going on?
