Lockdown Viking part 4

I had to cut off my lockdown viking beard but it will return. I took it down through the stages:

-mutton chops

-handlebar moustache

-moustache

-charlie chaplin

but i couldn't linger for long at any stage as through most of it i just looked like a bank robber.

I was on a youtube odyssey and stumbled on this clip on viking religion and it cut to this academic sitting in his office and i was a little skeptical at first but he turned out to be pretty switched on as he talked of the otherworld and there were a couple of points i thought i'd point to. He says that the vikings had stories about their gods but also about the otherworld beings that inhabited the immediate world around them and that they 'lived in the stories'. The stories themselves simply created a framework within which they weaved their own personal experience. He also mentioned the importance of ancestors and heroes which obviously serve the purpose of inspiring people to new feats as they remembered what was possible and what they too may be capable of. The scottish clans would recite the names of their ancestors back many, many generations as they prepared for battle to remind themselves who they were and the journey not only of themselves but everyone before them and as a reminder that it wasn't just themselves they would betray if their courage failed but the memory and honour of their clan.

We can see clearly that in the modern age the cabal have positioned themselves as the story tellers of our modern age through their control of hollywood but ultimately we have to ask ourselves what story it is that we want to live in.

Nice!

I've bought a dutch oven last year, not from grimfrost, but with the intent to do some outdoor cooking this summer. Its already proving very useful for bread making, indoors, in the oven but hopefully we'll get to do plenty of cooking over a real fire in the outdoors as well.

I’ve used one for quite a few years now. Fantastic to use with my kids as well. This women in Azerbaijan doesn’t use a Dutch oven but her videos are amazing. Literally cooks anything and everything in any weather. We tried cooking like her and it’s so easy and relaxing.

I have some stone left over after building my herb spiral so i'll make a fire pit in the spring and get the tripod set up. Partly it is for our own enjoyment but partly it is to get the kids involved in cooking. Things like making campfire bread should be rewarding for them. Keen also to take the kit camping and also try and cook up some shellfish. Been watching old Ray Mears episodes which are very relaxing! This first one of the bushcraft series has some stripped down seafood cooking:

Love Ray Mears. Have all his books. Your so right, he’s incredibly laid back and when he’s says he privileged to see something I think he is completely genuine. His woodlore site is great for gear. top quality stuff. At least you see it used in extreme conditions in his programs.

on the cooking side we go as a family and forage a bit. More to teach the kids what’s around in nature.

I think he summed up his ethos by saying something like 'good bushcraft should be simple and elegant' and you can see that in everything he does. He's very economical. He doesn't waste any words or any movement. Everything is considered, thought through and carefully executed. It's a good example but then he has probably done most things hundreds of times which helps!

His outside cooking book will be well thumbed by the end of the year!

I watched that with the missus! That was very cool, thanks for that.

They have a great system there and she did it all with one knife! We actually had beef liver for dinner tonight and  i'd rather sit there with them and have a mug of that tea they brewed then have a cup with the queen in her fancy hall.

The house i grew up in had a well much like that one and the son of the people who sold it to my parents remembered getting their water from it as a boy.

its illegal to hunt with a bow in this country but one project i will tackle at some point is to make myself a decent bow. I've got some pop out arrowheads and just need to get a suitable piece of timber

The teas she makes look so healthy. Brewed with whatever’s in season.

Plus everything she does seems more like muscle memory. Effortless and relaxed

Helps breatfeeding women with mastitis too

Don’t forget about the cheapest, most effective remedy we have available against viruses: garlic

We know about the flu basics: vitamins A,C,D, zinc and quercetin, and maybe ivermectin if you need it.

But there is something in everyone’s fridge that is extremely potent and cheap as hell.

Years ago I got very ill from parasites, the bloodwork showed I was heavily infected with all kinds of shit in my bloodstream, yeast, amoebas, flagellates, the works. I was loaded. And my liver couldn’t tolerate oral antibiotics. So I looked for alternatives online while we waited on some injectable antibiotics. I decided to try garlic, even though it sounded too good to be true.

I chewed one large clove every morning and evening for a month. Then did bloodwork again. All gone, every last one. It’s not just parasites, garlic will work against anything. It’s a good thing I tried this because the injectable antibiotics never showed up.

It burns your mouth like hell if you chew it, just crush it up real good into a paste and mix with a little bit of honey. If you don’t have a cast iron stomach you want to do it after some food or it could burn and make you uncomfortable.

pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32836826/

“Key findings and conclusions: Pre-clinical data demonstrated that garlic and its OSCs have potential antiviral activity against different human, animal and plant pathogenic viruses through blocking viral entry into host cells, inhibiting viral RNA polymerase, reverse transcriptase, DNA synthesis and immediate-early gene 1(IEG1) transcription, as well as through downregulating the extracellular-signal-regulated kinase (ERK)/mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway. The alleviation of viral infection was also shown to link with immunomodulatory effects of garlic and its OSCs. Clinical studies further demonstrated a prophylactic effect of garlic in the prevention of widespread viral infections in humans through enhancing the immune response. This review highlights that garlic possesses significant antiviral activity and can be used prophylactically in the prevention of viral infections.”

Parallel Economy

Saw on the corbett report that there are moves on Gab to build a parallel economy through which people can network and find or offer the goods and services that they need. There are also many existing, local networks on a smaller scale. I haven't used Gab so I can't really say much about it except to cut and paste their intro:

Investing in the Gab Community

February 21, 2022

Over the past five and half years Gab has been building infrastructure to ensure that free speech is preserved online for all people at all costs. Gab is no longer simply the “Twitter alternative,” we are the complete solution to all of Silicon Valley.

In the past 30 days alone we’ve had over 90 million visits to Gab, which is up from 70 million in November. That’s more than most of the “mainstream” news sites and that number is exploding in growth.

In light of this rapid growth, our vision and mission has expanded. What we realized a year ago is that in order to defend free speech online for all people we need to build our own Parallel Economy. We’ve been banned from app stores, hosting providers, email services, banks, and more. We had to build solutions to all of these problems and we are the only technology company in the world to accomplish that daunting task.

We’ve invested millions of dollars buying servers, expanding our infrastructure into multiple data centers, and building solutions to the Big Tech services. Now we are ready to invest in other entrepreneurs and creators who are going to help us build the Parallel Economy.

We know that we can’t do this alone. We have so many talented engineers, creators, and builders in the Gab community and we want to help them succeed in the Gab Parallel Economy. Over the next few months we will be rolling out the Parallel Economy Fund to invest capital, resources, and time into people who are building businesses and careers in the Parallel Economy on Gab.

This can range from tech startups, to eCommerce businesses, to content creators, churches, to moms selling stuff around the house on Gab Marketplace and more. One example of this is Gab Community member Garpunk, who used GiveSendGo to raise $5,000 to build out his studio for content creation on Gab TV. Gab contributed $1,000 to this campaign as a company and the Gab Community helped Garpunk raise the remaining funds needed to build and create.

We don’t just want to invest in businesses and creators. We also want to invest in the families and individual people in our community and help them when they need it most. An example of this is the Holland family. Jill Holland is a wife and mother who was diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian Cancer in January 2021. The Gab community rallied around her to help raise $13,000 to help her family cover medical and travel expenses for her treatment. Gab contributed $3,000 to this effort.

What makes Gab different and unique is our community. It’s not the technology or the story or even the tremendous hurdles we have overcome by the Grace of God. It’s the people on Gab that make Gab something special. We care about one another and help one another because we know what is at stake for the future of our families and country.

Gab isn’t funded by billionaires or Wall Street. We are funded by our community of people who upgrade to GabPRO, buy merchandise from our shop, and run ads for their businesses on Gab. The Gab Parallel Economy Fund will be our way of giving back to and reinvesting in the community.

In the coming weeks we will be opening an application process and begin vetting opportunities for the Parallel Economy Fund. It’s not just about us investing money into people and businesses, it’s about us investing our time and the tremendous reach of the Gab ecosystem to tens of millions of people.

One email from Gab can set up a family business for success. One post from the Gab account can help a family pay their medical expenses. One Gab ad campaign can propel a candidate to office or take a business to the next level. This is the power of the Parallel Economy on Gab and our goal with the Parallel Economy Fund is to invest in our people to help make these things happen.

We are excited to share more with you soon and can’t wait to see how the Parallel Economy Fund changes lives and removes our collective dependance on the existing corrupt mainline economy.

To God Be The Glory,

Andrew Torba

The Online Harms Bill

It sounds like the online harms bill that is currently going through parliament seeking ratification may well be the end of the line for some of us posting online as it seems that it is effectively going to be a way in which OFCOM can selectively punish those that deviate from the official narrative.

Seeing as i pretty much always at odds with the official narrative i don't see much of a bright future for myself online.

Perhaps this is an area that truthers need to start putting some brainpower towards to consider if there are any workarounds that would allow continued critique of the official narrative without facing harsh consequences...

Welll worth posting here.

Listened to another excellent presentation from THC ( Greg Carlwood ) today. Ive been reading a lot of threads recently about how to deal with trojan horse spike protein contained within the vaccines.

Many of them spoke about pine needle tea.

Little did I know , until today that turpentine also happens to be  the essential oil of pine needles when alchemically extracted  - in other words  probably fermented or heated or some similar process.

Anyways, heres the link, which begins with the story of what happens to you when you fully understand that modern medicine is essentially a killing machine.

Thanks for the feedback. I wonder if this topic needs its own thread? It might get more attention that way and people can spark off each other with their ideas

A mate of mine swears by Jennifer Daniels' protocol with turpentine and sugar BTW - was going to try it but avoiding covidmania got in the way

Baby formula

There is currently a shortage of baby formula in the US because it is all being sent to the southern border to be given to migrants who want to have their babies in the US so that they can claim citizenship. I strongly believe baby formula is just crap and that there is no substitute for breastmilk. A quick glance down the contents list on the side of a formula bottle will tell you this however if for whatever reason breast feeding is not an option there are alternatives recipes such as sally fallons below:

Homemade Baby Formula

with Sally Fallon Morell

July 24, 2020 By Hilda Labrada Gore

Breastmilk from a well-nourished mother is the best option for early nourishment. But when this isn’t possible, a homemade baby formula is the next best alternative. On this podcast, Sally Fallon Morell, president of the Weston A. Price Foundation, explains in detail how and why she and her colleague, Dr.Mary Enig, developed an alternative to commercial formula. She discusses its composition, its success rate with babies, why it is preferable to commercial formulas (with their rancid oils and denatured ingredients) and alternative recipes for those babies that show signs of allergies or sensitivities.

Highlights from the conversation include:

  • The problem with commercial baby formula is in the ingredients
  • Why butterfat is often considered too “valuable” to put into commercial baby formula
  • The drive for profits among commercial baby formula makers
  • How highly nutritious food is the key to proper development of baby in the first year
  • The importance of arachidonic acid from breast milk or animal fats
  • The alternative option to commercial baby formula: raw milk-based homemade formula
  • How mother’s milk is raw, full-fat milk
  • By and large, milk from all mammals is extremely similar to human breast milk
  • The campaign in the 1950s and 60s to give infants formula instead of breastmilk
  • The problems that arose for the generations brought up on this formula
  • Now all the doctors and pediatricians say “breast is best”
  • Why homemade formula may be a help for those who struggle with breastfeeding, or to produce enough milk for their babies
  • This homemade baby formula is based on raw milk
  • The safety of raw milk
  • Sally’s story of trouble breastfeeding her second child
  • The positive testimonials about the homemade formula from Nourishing Traditions
  • How the homemade formula may be richer in nutrients than some mother’s breast milk
  • The mother’s diet is a huge factor in the health of her breast milk for her growing baby
  • Formula replacements for farm animals is formulated for the animals to thrive
  • How the WIC (Women, Infants and Children) program has impacted formula ingredients
  • The problem with soy formula
  • Soy-based formulas replaced more expensive meat-based formulas in the 1970s
  • Why soy formula is still on the market despite initial opposition
  • What if you just gave babies raw milk instead of any formula
  • The risks of commercial formula vs. homemade raw milk formula
  • A meat-based formula for babies with allergies or sensitivities to dairy
  • The affordability of homemade formula

 Resources:

Formula ingredients for homemade raw milk-based formula:

A campaign to help people who are suffering from
COVID-19 vaccine injuries

Let's break the silence and start the conversation about COVID-19 vaccine injury and death

How it all started

The #CanWeTalkAboutIt campaign was inspired by Brianne Dressen who was injured during the Astra Zeneca trials and suffered severe reactions and injuries that she is still fighting to heal. This made her want to search for the truth and do something about it. She quickly learned she was not alone as she connected with many others with similar stories. She then decided to take matters into her own hands and stand up for herself and other vaccine injury victims that were going through the same issues and question the narrative as she found nothing but silence around the thousands of injury reports and mainstream media ignoring it. Bri, has since built a huge network of people with similar stories, started and organization called React19 that supports COVID-19 shot victims and she is also speaking out about her experience to inform others about the dangers.

This website provides an overview and guide to information, data and science that can be found through other sources and partner organizations working in these field. You can educate yourself by starting your own research in order to make informed decisions regarding your own health.
