What rockets are blowing up? If you mean Starships then none have flown. The video shows SN8, Serial Number 8 is a prototype, you will see many of those as the project quickly moves along. SN9 now sitting on the pad is more advanced than SN8 and thats the way it will continue. Test it till it fails is proving to be a great strategy for SpaceX. The first Starships will fly hundreds of times between them without passengers, replacing the Falcon 9 workhouse and Falcon Heavy. Proven flight time while running a real mission.

 

I like rockets and SpaceX are doing an excellent job of pushing the envelope.

But why aren't you questioning what they are building the rockets for? They are sending up satellites to turn the planet into a giant technocratic gulag

 

We have the technological capability to do many things but that doesn't mean that we should do them. If innovation isn't hand in hand with ethics then we are all in for a terrible time

 

 

 

i see they didn't specify which kind of filament, pla and petg have low toxic properties when compared to abs and nylon.  

 

most people in the 3d printing community are aware of the risks afaik and put their printers in an enclosure with an hepa and carbon filter.  its been discussed widely.

 

and i don't think these intellectual types like us making our own stuff.

 

that article seems another anti plastic propaganda piece, doesn't even mention  uv resin printing which is much more dangerous.

what precautions are space x taking though?

i assume they have commercial grade 3d printers with ventilation and their health and safety team will have read the msds sheets for any product they are using or they would be in trouble.

I really don't see how you people still believe in space - how do you plan on getting through a 2000 degree centigrade thermosphere?

 

How do you expect to break through the firmament? Which it would seem is made of clear diamond?

 

Either way we are trapped in - forget about trying to get to space - focus on purifying your soul for the only escape from this plane(t) is death and everyone shall taste death and then we will be judged. You're going to want to be as pure as you can be on that day.

 

Space and the stories are all an illusion to make you think that you are some insignificant spec spiralling around in an infinitely large universe with no reason for being or purpose and created by chance. 

 

The opposite on this is the truth - the earth is fixed and the heavens revolve around Polaris - you are VERY important and you are here living through the exam of the human being - at the end of the exam you will get exactly what you deserve. Be prepared for death because it is certainly going to happen.

There is understandable confusion about this among people who were half asleep during physics classes ...

 

The planet does indeed have a layer called  thermosphere which has a temperature up to 2000C , so how can an aluminum craft pass through it , which melts at 700C ..??? 

 

Because the air density in the thermosphere is incredibly low so virtually no heat is transferred.... An astronaut could put his gloved hand out of the window (so to speak) and feel nothing , no burning heat  , but the air is at 2000C!

My physics may not be up to your standard - but my knowledge of scripture is - the Quran (which is divinely protected and authenticated scripture)* says that we can not escape the earth. It says the Djinn used to be able to travel to the first heaven - but they can not even get their now because God has made it so.

Why on earth do these science folk never practice any actual science and just blindly pass on the sayings of the elite in their field. 

 

Science is meant to be observable phenomena which you can measure with experiments and results and check you findings against the same from your peers. - So: in the words of the Quran: 

 

IF YOU ARE TRUTHFUL OF YOUR CLAIM: PRODUCE YOUR PROOF/EVIDENCE. 

 

Until that point you are believing and propagating  a hear-say - and it is a fallacy to believe there is such thing as a reliable hear-say. 

 

My evidence is clear, it is the Quran, my evidence for authentication of the Quran is also clear: the beyond probability encryption of the number 19. This is easy to check and verify for yourself - and I encourage you to do so - it requires a super basic understanding of the Arabic Language (the most basic you literally only need to learn the letters of the alphabet and understand their 3 or 4 forms based on where they are positioned in a word - it's the easiest task it really is - and an understand of Arabic Gematria - in fact I would argue for the most part you don't even need to know Gematria.
