Chris K
My Surgery has just text me the following: Please DO NOT to call us about the Covid vaccine. As soon as we have full guidance from NHS England on where & how the vaccines are going to be delivered we will let you know. NHS England have advised that when we commence vaccinating patients will be invited using the following cohorts: Older adults in a care home & care home workers 80 years (& over) & Health and Social Care Workers 75 years & over 70 years & over Adults on the NHS shielded patient list 65 years & over Adults under 65 with a long term condition Those aged 50-64 will be offered it later I presume this is the ‘fully tested’ Pfizer vaccine that is so far ‘fantastic’ (providing you don’t have any dodgy allergies!) Steph
'Informed consent' will take 9 months of intense propaganda promoting side effects, dangers, experimental status of vaccines, anomalous results in illegalised mass gatherings, ulterior motives in tracking apis and all the information that is being filtered from the eyes of those who are institutionalised. Manmade restrictions on human rights with the 'reward' of not having your rights violated if you jump through some hoop is in itself coersive. Informed consent is additionally being violated when people in care homes are denied balanced information and in circumstances where 'not going along with things' could have direct impact on the quality of their care. To stay in line with the requirements for human rights and providing utmost safety for the eldery, state parties should fund health advice web/call centres and staff them by recruiting from care homes the best staff at implementing public policy on those under their care. These call centres should be used as a central backbone to care homes providing the less public policy aware care home staff with advice and information on the benefits of implementing public policy in care homes from those who are selected as among the best at fulfilling the needs of public policy on the people within their care. Ideally this recruitment should begin as soon as possible even before the vaccines become available, and remaining care home staff and recruited public policy advisors should be kept abreast of the latest statistics regarding the vaccine roll out. Care homes most capable of understanding the data and thinking clearly on their own internal policies on the basis of that understanding should be provided with advantages enabling expansion in the number of beds they provide. Care homes unable to clearly understand the public data deliberately provided to them by web/call centres from public ONS data should be investigated by web/call centre staff given the power to issue fines with incentives toward their issue. Any shortage of care in failing care homes should bring about a reduction in beds with residents transferred to care homes with a more enlightened approach to the implementation of public policy during times when there is derogation from ICCPR commitments.
